Wake up to stunning views of the award-winning Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington, overlooking the majestic Cape Fear River!
Have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on your private balcony while you watch the boats and people pass by. Enjoy shops, bistros, restaurants, and tourist attractions all within walking distance from the condo.
All of the area beaches are just 20 minutes away and we are surrounded by beautiful golf courses and parks.
Recently decorated and updated furniture includes a luxury King sized bed, smart TVs in each room, and a washer and dryer in the closet. You will love this peaceful, private paradise!

**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $25/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***

***The awning is currently out of order and cannot be used.***

The rooms were as noted! Very clean and perfect location. Walk almost everywhere in the city and close to many venues. Was even able to go to the US North Carolina naval ship tour using a water taxi right down the road.Contacting the owner was a 10 out of 10 and very helpful. I recommend this facility to anyone wanting to visit the Wilmington area.Truly enjoyed.

Repeat tenant! As usual check in was seamless, place was clean and well stocked, and no major issues. Wifi wasn't working at one point and was unable to troubleshoot, but owner was quick to reply with temporary fix. Parking also had increased but still significant discount available compared to booking off the street. Will definitely be back again!

Riverwalk view

The condo was right on the Riverwalk, with a beautiful view. We sat out there every night. The condo was perfect, comfortable bed and kitchen stocked with all your needs.

It was great. It’s a nice place to lay your head. Nicely furnished and has everything you need. Having coffee on the deck in the morning looking over the river was wonderful. Great location being able to walk everywhere was really nice. We will definitely be staying there again.

Wonderful return stay

This was our second time staying at this property, we look forward to the third! You are directly on the Riverwalk and this is a more quiet section. Sitting on the deck, with a view of the river is peaceful and beautiful. The king-sized bed is comfortable and the unit has everything you need. The unit owner is responsive w/ questions. Excellent stay.

Lovely Accommodation

We enjoyed our stay. The parking lot across the street is extremely convenient, and the location of the unit is within walking distance to all of our favorite places. Short drive from the beach. Our favorite feature is the balcony overlooking the Riverwalk. We spent every morning and every evening sitting out there, enjoying coffee and wine.

What a Quaint Place to Stay

We enjoyed the location, the view and the easy access to just about any form of entertainment.I'm a little older and have some balance issues. A fair warning... The entry stairs are steep. There are two rails, one ofor each side, so for me it was doable.The owners communicate well and quickly.

40th birthday

We stayed for a long weekend over New Years for my husbands 40th. We were able to see the drone show from our balcony, as well as the New Year’s fireworks. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great Stay!

My wife and I celebrated 9 wonderful years together!! The property was clean, easy to access, and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. We highly recommend this property. We will be staying again!

property was convenient, location excellant to bars, restaurants and shops. My only complaint is the parking that was included at time of booking that ended to be 20.00 per day due to sale of the lot. I just felt we should have been as stated when booked

Perfect location!

(+) Great location, clean place, not excessively noisy despite being on the boardwalk, and smooth check-in process. Even was able to accommodate a slightly later check-out without issue which was a HUGE selling point when booking. (-) Parking is not provided (where other locations in that complex offer options). But the listing does provide a slight discount by providing QR code in the listing for $20/day to park in lot across the street which is cheaper than paying at the lot itself. So at least they are aware of the parking limitation and attempt to help a little. But $20/day does rack up quickly unfortunately.

Luxury stay

The stay was good walkable for eateries…disappointed about $20 daily parking across street when the welcome note book says free parking coupon needs updating the front door needs cleaning out side had mold spots …patio furniture could be upgraded looks like kids set when neighbors have nice sets…I would recommend this spot to others or stay again

Our favorite spot

Loves our stay. We’ve actually stayed at a few of the condos in this same building and this one was our fave so far. Clean and comfortable. Quick replies from the owner as needed. Always such an awesome location. We park when we get there and never have to move until time to leave.
