Everything was wonderful. The host had all a traveler would need. Great location near the water and downtown. Numerous restaurants to choose from and lost count of the micro breweries in the vicinity.

Fun in Wilmington

Such a great location with the huge perk of parking! The place is quiet enough to stay in at night and not be bothered but close enough to walk to lively bars and restaurants. We hope to come back soon!

Nice apartment, excellent location

Communication with the owners could not have been easier as was check in and check out. Everything was very close and easy to walk to. We had a great visit and would definitely book again.

Location was fantastic and easy walking distance to the beautiful Wilmington riverfront. Check-in process was smooth and loved that there was a parking pass included! Communication was easy, property was spotless and well equipped. Would recommend and would stay again!!

Exceeded All Expectations

Could not speak higher about our experience. Tamara and Bobby were very communicative and checked in throughout our stay to make sure our needs were being met.The location is unbeatable being in the heart of downtown and near everywhere you’d want to go. Overall such a positive experience and we look forward to staying again!

Weekend in Wilmimgton

Perfect weekend stay. Great location to both the Saturday morning farmers market and Sunday morning artisan market. Easy walk to plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Great location. Very clean. Easy parking.

Close to everything

My wife and I stayed here while I was on business and it was great. The condo was very clean and comfortable, had plenty of amenities and was close to everything we needed. Easy walking distance to all restaurants and shopping! We will definitely be back!

Weekend in Wilmington

Best VRBO experience we have ever had. When our couple friends came out a day early Tamara and Bobby were able to accommodate them right next door in another unit. Both of there properties were spectacular, perfect location down town CLEAN and all around wonderful…already looking forward to next year!

Modern in great location

We LOVED this place! You can tell it's been recently updated and it's so modern! There is a full kitchen so you can cook your own meals and the fridge is updated and has the water on the front so you can have filtered water. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the blanket.

Fantastic Stay!

This property was a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had all the comforts of home. Only positive things to stay and our visit was 5 stars! If I go back that way I will absolutely book at one of their properties. Thanks again.

Walkable Wilmington

The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. We appreciated the ample supply of coffee pods, the well designed bathrooms and the comfortable bed. The parking situation was somewhat confusing, as it is a public lot across from the rental. The owners have made every effort to clarify its location but we still needed their assistance via phone. Once resolved, we didn’t experience any issues with parking and enjoyed the proximity to excellent restaurants, etc. The porch is located above the HVAC system for the restaurant below so we didn’t utilize it…not a big deal since we didn’t spend much time at the rental. I would definitely stay in the property again!
