Located in a desirable wooded neighborhood east of McCall and located on a ridge that backs up to the Salmon River Mountains, where the views are stunning. This magnificent home comes fully equipped with everything you need to unwind for a perfect getaway. Relax in in the hot tub off the deck in the sprawling backyard overlooking Lake Fork Creek. 



Enjoy making meals in the large, fully stocked kitchen.  Curl up on the couch and enjoy a book in front of the wood burning stove or play a game of shuffle board in the loft.

The entire home is available for your use except two locked owner/cleaning closets on the main floor. All access is digital. You will be sent a custom code for your stay.

We are available anytime and are happy to interact with you as little or as much as you like. Reach out anytime!

Located in a peaceful area east of McCall and at the base of the Salmon River Mountains, with year-round, access.

There are limited transit options available in McCall. A vehicle is recommended.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.


Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill."

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Start the year with family
We had a marvelous time! It is a large home that accommodates a larger group of adults. You can easily have a group come together for dinner & games. It also accommodates smalller groups or individuals doing their own thing. Our family had someone reading upstairs, guys watching the game in the dining area and another group watching a movie in the living room. The beds are very comfortable & lots of linens. The kitchen has everything you need to cook & serve a meal. The view of Jug Mountain from the living room is stunning. We all really enjoyed building a fire the fire pit out back. We loved watching the sunset over the snow and were enchanted by the small family of dear that came close.

Lovely Quick Get Away
This was a lovely property with many amenities especially for a quick get away but I could see staying longer and still never leaving because it was so relaxing.

Great property, but management needs to do better
The property itself was absolutely amazing and the management company (Frost Property Management) was great with communication, but not so great with snow removal. When we first arrived we noticed some pretty decent ice damming in the window of the second floor bathroom and also noticed the faucet in the kitchen wasn't retracting properly. We let them know about the ice immediately as it can cause quite a bit of damage if left and we offered to fix the faucet if they could point us in the direction of the zip tie. Long story short, they came over the next day the check out the ice but didn't really do anything with the faucet but we were able to fix it a bit. Fast forward through the week we got well over a foot of snow and not once did anyone come to plow the driveway and to add to that, the street plows were significantly adding to the build up at the end of the driveway. Thursday came around and there was a winter storm advisory for 16-20" to come in and we were going to be leaving Friday morning. So to get ahead of things I texted Frost to ask if someone could come plow and specifically stated we've got a lot of snow and the street plows have been pushing it in and so on and that with this big storm coming I wanted to be sure we'd be able to get out. They said no, they wouldn't come to plow and that we had access to a shovel in the garage. Said shovel was a small, flimsy, plastic thing that was not getting thr job done at all and we still got stuck trying to leave. Thankfully an angel of a neighbor lent us metal shovels to dig out and we made it out of town. So after specifically trying to be helpful with the ice dam and the faucet we were denied a simple request for some plow help in the middle of a week of heavy snow and ahead of a big storm. Not awesome Frost...do better.

A new home away from home
Our family booked this cabin for a little family getaway and to celebrate our grandmothers 70th birthday. There was plenty of space for our large family! We enjoyed the hot tub, games and plenty of tv’s for movie nights. The cabin was very clean and plenty of pillows, sheets and towels for all of us. We will definitely book again for our next family getaway!
