Located on a dead-end street and offering much-needed privacy, this terrific mountain view home is ready to be your home base for your next family adventure! Outdoor living is key for most people and this home won't disappoint. Find a private pond on the property, a large yard, and an equally large deck with a private outdoor hot tub, a gas grill for warm-weather barbecues with the family, and a nice and well-appointed lounge area.
The main living area of this mountain gem is on the second level of the home, offering a homey and well-equipped open floor plan seamlessly combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room hosts inviting furniture and a large wall-mounted smart TV with streaming capabilities. The kitchen is complete with gorgeous wood cabinets and all stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Coffee enthusiasts will be delighted by the two coffee makers available (regular and Keurig). When mealtime comes around, the dining table will be perfect for family meals. This level also hosts one bedroom and a half bathroom.
The basement features two bedrooms (one of them being a bunk bedroom), a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a private sauna. Upstairs, on the third level, guests will find two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One of these bedrooms features a private balcony overlooking the yard and pond.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
