Come stay at our cozy 2BR retreat beneath shady oaks, minutes from St. Augustine beaches and downtown. We have a 4-seater Sierra AX-2 & 6-seater AX-3 electric LSVs— the perfect way to experience everything St. Augustine has to offer!

With their powerful lithium battery, you’ll get 30–35 miles per charge, meaning you’ll typically only need to plug it in every few days (depending on use). You can drive on any road with a speed limit of 35 mph or less — perfect for cruising through downtown, browsing the shops in uptown, and crossing the Bridge of Lions to explore Davis Shores and roam the lighthouse grounds before climbing to the top for the most amazing view of the town, and even get to the Alligator Farm via neighborhood streets. (Please note: you won’t be able to continue past the Alligator Farm toward the beach, as the speed limit jumps to 45 mph on that stretch.)

The stay was great! The home was stocked with care. The hosts make sure you have everything you need. The only "issue" was that the neighborhood was a little run down. If you don't mind that, this is a perfect place to stay. The fire pit was a nice touch!

Bungalow 19 was the perfect escape. St. Augustine is incredibly walkable, which made exploring easy and enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful, and it’s clear the owners have thoughtfully considered every detail to make the stay comfortable. Communication with them was seamless and pleasant throughout. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet still close to the Old City, shopping, and great restaurants, the property couldn’t be more convenient. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.

The house was very clean. Loved that it was pet friendly. The fenced in backyard was a godsend. Things we loved: the cleanliness, the nightlights, the spice rack :). Had everything we needed to cook breakfast in the kitchen. Probably could've used more larger couch pillows, as the chairs were so deep and the sleeper couch had a very straight back. But it was lovely and so awesome to be close to the Castillo area. No problems, except that we got there a few minutes early before check in and couldn't unlock the door until exactly 4pm. Don't get tehre early. :)

Short trip

Great bungalow and owners. Cute, quiet house with a nice yard. The stay was really nice with everything in order and just as advertised. It was a very short drive to the historic district and could be walkable as well. The neighborhood is a transitioning one with some really nice houses like this one and some that still need some work. It was a great stay.

Great stay

We had a great time at Natalie’s property, which was exactly as depicted in the photos of not nicer. It has all the amenities and stocks that you would need and much more. The kitchen and bathroom are completely stocked, there are smart TVs in the living room and each of the bedrooms, and a beautiful backyard with a lot of amenities. The place is also beautifully designed with beautiful furniture. It is in a residential neighborhood, which might not be the prettiest in the area but is very close to downtown St. Augustine, and we had no issues at all during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Whether it's a long road trip across the U.S. or jet setting to new adventures in this world, travel is one of my many passions. My favorite travel partner is my husband, Jonathan, who shares the same passion for adventure as I do. Cooking is my Zen and collecting spices from my travels is pure addiction! Jonathan is the lucky one who reaps the benefits of my collection. We hope you enjoy cooking in Bungalow 19 and take advantage of the spice collection here.

Jonathan and I both lived in St. Augustine at different times. He went to Flagler College for undergrad and I started my career in Interior Design working for a well-established firm here. I met Jonathan in Chicago and ended up trading palm trees and sunny days for high-rises and snowmen. It has always been our dream to have a little place in St. Augustine where we could not only visit, but share a place where travelers can feel comfortable and learn more about the oldest city in America.

Its proximity to downtown (less than a mile, 20-minute walk, or a few-minute drive) makes this area a desirable new hotspot. Stop into one of our welcoming local shops or eateries that are just a 10-minute walk away.

Bungalow 19 is home away from home. It has all of the luxuries of a hotel with fine linens and pillows meant for a comfortable night's sleep, a fully stocked kitchen with great quality cookware and utensils and unlimited spices for those who enjoy cooking and appreciate flavorful dishes. There is a pack & play, high chair, and booster seat for the little ones, plenty of indoor and outdoor games for all ages, a perfect setup for the remote worker, and so much more.
