Country cottage style home with a full kitchen 2 full bathrooms 3 bedrooms and a nice outdoor lounge area. Clean soft tones to enjoy a nice quiet homey feel. Beautiful windows with natural light in the living room and black out shades in the bedroom. Each room has a tv with available streaming apps. Sleeps 8. Living room has a couch daybed that opens up into a queen size bed.

My family and I had a wonderful time in St. Augustine. The rental was clean, comfortable, and more spacious in person than we expected it to be. The host was responsive and we loved how tastefully decorated the home was. Only downside is that it’s in a questionable neighborhood. Next time we’re in St. Augustine we’d definitely stay here again if available!

Great Location and Super Clean Cottage

This super clean 3 bedroom cottage was perfect to meet our needs when attending a family wedding. The location is almost within 7-12 minutes of anything you may need or want including the historic district. I would recommend this location to anyone wishing to stay in the St Augustine area.

The place was fully equipped, very clean, very comfortable nice decor , overly comfortable beds and top notch all around ! Will stay again for sure when back in Saint Augustine!

Charming & Cozy!

We stayed in this beautiful home for Thanksgiving to enjoy the lights in downtown St. Augustine. We immediately felt at home and were in love with how cute this place is! Very close drive to all of the key spots for us — downtown, distillery, San Sebastián.

Only complaint was the floor was dirty. After walking around a bit barefoot our feet were black in the bottom. Felt yucky. We made sure to wear shoes or slippers at all times. Otherwise the facilities were fantastic

Dream home for vacation

Weekend trip

We enjoyed our stay in this rental. It was very clean and had a lot of nice touches like nightlights in the bedrooms. Finishes were very nice. We enjoyed the big TV in the living room. Location was good, just a few minutes from everything. The neighborhood looks like it is in transition but the street was very quiet. We would stay here again.

Cousin’s Weekend

Our cousins get together at different places once a year. We decided to go to St Augustine this year and booked the cottage. We were all in awe as we walked in. Bright, cheery, and so well equipped! We will be back and tell our friends. Thank you for sharing this house with the cousins.

Lovely Option for St Augustine

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette weekend, and really enjoyed it. Property is located very close to downtown St. Augustine. The inside of the property actually seems a lot bigger in person than in the pictures. Everything was clean, well-decorated, and up-to-date. Be aware that parking does not really suit for any more than 2 vehicles. A great choice for St. Augustine area - would definitely stay here again!

Cute Cottage

We had a very pleasant stay at this cottage in St Augustine. It is clean, has everything you need, and is comfortably roomy. The only thing I would have to say that is slightly negative is that it's in a neighborhood that is somewhat less than "nice." But you won't be spending your days sitting in the house, anyway. Big plus, it is so close to St Augustine's Old Town. Overall, I would rent again.
