Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom condo (785 sq ft) designed for comfort and relaxation. The bedroom features a cozy double/full bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The inviting living room includes a comfortable sofabed for extra guests. The full kitchen allows you to whip up meals at your convenience, and the spacious living area is ideal for unwinding after a long day. Enjoy your stay in this thoughtfully designed space, perfect for creating unforgettable memories.

* 1 bedroom units Cost: $75.00
* Welcome fee Includes: One FOB, a lanyard for the FOB, coupons from the café and a pamphlet on interesting things to do in the area.

Additional FOB $30 each:
* For 2 adults: One FOB (Included in the welcome package)
* For 3 to 4 adults: Two FOBs
Note: Fobs are only applicable to guests 14 years of age and older.

Parking fees
* 1 week (1 to 7 days): $100.00
* 2 weeks (8 to 14 days): $120.00
* 3 weeks (14 to 21 days): $150.00
* 4 weeks (21 to 30 days): $175.00
* Temporary Pass: $20.00 for a few hours
* Overnight temporary Pass: $40.00

All Units Include
* One beach umbrella
* Beach towels for your use at the beach
* Two beach chairs (non-reclining, foldable for beach convenience)

Important:
* There is one laundry room per floor; it is not located inside the apartment.
* Please be aware that if you wish to rent reclining beach chairs, this service is offered directly through the beach service and is not included as part of the resort amenities.

Packages:
Packages can be delivered to the Building, but please note that there is a cost of $7.00 per package.

Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.
