Preciosa casa muy espaciosa en los cayos de la Florida, perfectamente situada en Cayo Largo rodeada de varias marinas, restaurantes y mucha diversion. A sólo unos 120 pies de una Bahia, donde puede encontrar viajes de excursión, buceo y pesca. También posee dos restaurantes con vistas al agua donde disfrutaras de una deliciosa comida y cultura local, música en vivo y una excelente atención.

The location was interesting and provided some different views! Across from a fishing boat area where the boats came and went with their catch each day. There is a lovely, delicious restaurant which is a 1-minute walk away. The outdoor eating area was wonderful and we saw sharks right in front of us.

Great house, very clean and exactly as the photos present! The only thing negative is there is no bathroom downstairs with the second king bedroom. Anyone sleeping in the pool bedroom has to leave the room, walk outside and up the stairs to the main house to use the bathroom.

Keys Vacation 2025

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this location. It was close to restaurants & the bikes provided were great for the family. We loved the pool and spent most of our days therel. The host was perfect as well and provided us with anything we needed.

The property was better than expected. Everything was properly maintained. I had a time delay with my leaving and the property manager was able to accommodate my minor request even though it caused them extra work. That is to me the sign of someone who cares about there guests

Week in paradise

This home is beautiful! Outdoor patio and pool perfect for entertainment. A short walk to a marina to store your boat. Very close to the ocean. We would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great house, great host

This house was everything you can imagine . It’s beautiful inside and out easy access to the main roads and popular restaurants. 7 adults stayed with plenty of space. We all really enjoyed ourselves especially the pool and morning sunrise. Already talking about booking it again

Key Largo

Beautiful house in Key Largo, very well appointed 4 bedrooms. Modern finishes and the outdoor space with the pool was great. We charted 2 boats at the marina Nextdoor for fishing and the food in the area is great too. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. We also recommended the house to our friends. Was a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful home in Key Largo

The house is amazing! Just as pictures in the photos. We travel a lot and this is one of the most comfortable homes we have stayed in. The downstairs entertainment area was wonderful. We played pool, darts, and went swimming in the pool. We definitely would stay here again if we travel back to Key Largo. The host was always available when we reached out with any questions.

Wonderful Vacation Rental!

My family had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Key Largo! The location is wonderful and near many restaurants, parks, grocery stores, etc. the neighborhood is safe and has a cool atmosphere to it. The house was clean, and the out door pool area had a lot of fun games, pool floaties, bikes, TV, etc. the host was very good with communication and was very kind. We hope to stay again! Highly recommend staying here if your family is planning a trip to the Keys!

Crazy weather

We rented the house for us to stay at for a wedding. Only to get stuck on our trip because of weather and sent home. The rest of our group coming from different areas were able to get there. We kept in contact with Matvei on what was going on every thing went smooth. Thanks foe the understanding.

A Fabulous Time 6/17-6/24/23!!

We go Key Largo every summer with our grandkids to scuba dive. I found this perfect rental house that holds up 10 people. As we only had 5…we had so much space and each had their own room. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, tons of amenities and very clean. The garage level has a big guest room, pool and lots of things to do! I would redo this house to anyone looking for an affordable beautiful rental home for their vacation! Great communication with the host! A 5 star stay!!

Beautiful & convenient location. Quiet neighborhood, great for families!

Our 3-generation family stayed between Christmas & New Years. We arrived to a sparkly clean home & were provided with toiletries/kitchen supplies. The grandparents spent their morning relaxing on the upstairs patio, the children swam in the pool, played ping pong, and ate snacks in front of the large TV. The parents had fun too! We made almost every single one of our meals in the kitchen which was nicely stocked with utensils + cooking supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed our week & due to the on-site laundry we’re able to come home with clean clothes for our kids. Thank you for having us! We’d love to come again!

Gorgeous and welcoming home in an island paradise

There is just too much to say about Matvei's property. It's absolutely gorgeous and so warm! We loved everything about his home. The downstairs patio/pool area is the perfect hang out spot for friends and family. The fenced in yard was such a need for our fur babies and it made us feel very safe. We were all SO sad to leave Key Largo and I will definitely be renting this place again. I highly recommend Matvei for his transparency, kindness, and attentiveness to mine and my families needs. Thank you again, Matvei! You rock!

Another great stay from VRBO

Property was clean and ready for us to arrive. Everything worked and everything mentioned in the listing was there including air fryer and blender. Kitchen had just enough to provide nice meals for our group previous guest had left some beer and wine so actually could have a beer before going to the store. A restroom downstairs would have been nice but not enough of a problem to take away a star. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. Fished with Charisma in the adjoining bay and they were excellent too. Didn't eat at Pilot House next door so can't help youu with that neighbor.

Keys trip 2023

After driving the family from Michigan, Key Largo and this property was the perfect destination to use as a hub for a week of Key's adventures. The property was perfect for a family with lots to do outside in the gated property in the sun and in the shade (under the house). All of the activities available at the house made it difficult at times to leave the house and explore the Keys. The house allowed for quick driving to numerous activities on Key Largo (Boating, Charter's, Snorkeling and restaurants) and around an hour drive to Marathon and Bahia Honda Key for more serious fishing and pristine beaches. We would definitely be interested and are hoping/planning to rent again. The only two downsides were that we had to do some child proofing, mostly for the two kids under 3, as lots of things in the house are very decorative and breakable and if you are interested in shore fishing there is not a lot in the area and the Marina across the street did not allow us to fish from their property.

This is the perfect house to take a good rest, a good vacation. Away from the city, from the noise, from the problems, with coastal views, sea, constant breeze, a lot of tranquility and an excellent gastronomy around to enjoy. So we bought it for our vacations, as it is very good for our family, we decided to share it with other families. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
