No elevator waits or crowded beaches!
Patio opens right to pool.
Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, sleeper sofa, , loveseat, and new furnishing and tile.
Family-friendly beach complex. No crossing any busy streets!

King in master and queen in 2nd bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and queen inflatable mattress easily set up in the living room.

Complimentary beach chair service ( 2 chairs and an umbrella ) Season ( see pics )
Parking=35$ per vehicle (not included)
Fresh water lake, turtles, fish, bbq area, pool, clubhouse, new shuffleboard, new /courts and ping pong.

NO PETS!

Walk to Ms. Newbys, Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, Hershey's Icecream, Roasters Coffee, Dat Cajun, Brick and Barley (pizza), mini golf, go carts, and much more!

Well maintained and decorated ground level condo. Park in the front of the condo for easy unloading and loading. Washer and dryer and wifi included. Towels and linens provided. Have comfortably slept 8-10 which is the max occupancy with an air mattress in the living room

Early check-in and late checkout available if cleaning time permits for a $25 fee per request due to high demand/requests.

Absolutely wonderful! This condo is right beside the pool and if your kids are as obsessed with it like mine are it’s great to be so close! The whole property is beautiful. But be prepared for a lot of stairs. There is 1 wheelchair ramp to get you on the sidewalk of the property and once you are on the sidewalk you can get to the ground level floors using a ramp without any trouble. The condo is very family friendly and offered different things for the kids to use. There is a pond on the property that does not have a fence around it. The photos of this condo don’t do it justice. It is beautiful and so clean. The condos are located near Hammerhead Fred’s, a Valero gas station, and Mrs Newbys all within walking distance.

This was our 2nd year in a row booking this condo and it is fantastic. The cleanliness, proximity to the pool and beach, and the communication with the owners can’t be beat! We will absolutely book again next year. Thanks for another great stay!

Great week!

We had a great stay! Our condo was perfect for our family with just steps to the pool and beach!! The only complaint I have is that people are able to set up their tents/chairs in front of the beach chair service, which made it hard to enjoy the ocean. If you didn’t put items in from of your chairs, other people would put personal chairs out.

Our Stay

We enjoyed being at the beach last week. Beds were super comfy so we slept good. It was a little warmer in the extra bedroom and we couldn’t figure out how to cool it off even with the ceiling fan and box fan going. We also had to unclog the master shower because it was backing up and we were standing in about 1.5 inches of water while showering but other than that, it was a great stay.

First trip to Panama City Beach

Booked this unit because of its proximity to the pool and beach access and it did not disappoint. Inclusion of two beach chairs and umbrella was very nice as well. There was some construction going on while we were there..so a little noisier than it probably normally would be. Owner was very responsive to questions. The jetty at St. Andrews state park nearby is a must see while there.

Close to everything!

Location was great! Convenient to everything… walking distance to multiple restaurants, putt putt/go carts and a few shops. When we got there the floors were sandy but under the kitchen counter was mopping liquid and a mop was in the closet so we were able to clean that. We also couldn’t find the pack n play that was listed but the owners were quick to answer us and solve the problem… same for the rented beach chairs…. a communication error on the chair company left us with only one pair of chairs when 2 pairs were rented… once we got everything clarified the rest of the week was smooth sailing. I will mention there is not much room for your suitcases/luggage in the first bedroom. The closet is full of extra beach chairs, some random clothes and a box fan if you need so we couldn’t store much of our stuff in it. We used the hallway as the catch all area. The washer and dryer are in the first bedroom so make sure if you need to dry something make sure to do it when you’re not in the room or it’ll make the room warmer. The kitchen had what we needed although we didn’t utilize the stove or oven. The pool proximity to the condo is great! Just steps away!

Great Location

We loved the location. The pool was right out our back door and access to the beach was on the far side of the pool. The condo was very clean and the mattresses were very comfortable.

Family fun zone

It was clean and the bedrooms were dark and quiet- even being so close to the pool. My toddler grandsons enjoyed it all. The only thing I could recommend would be to include in the description that the “ground floor” unit does require you take 10-12 steps down from parking lot and the beach access has 3-4 steps up to the sand dunes. We managed it but not all people could handle the stairs & I wasn’t expecting them from the existing information.

Perfect location

Everything about the location and room is perfect for your vacation. The beach is less crowded than staying in a high rise condo. No elevators just walk right out of your patio door! The room itself is comfy, clean, and well stocked.

Family beach trip.

This condo was perfect for our family beach trip! Right next to the pool, which was a big hit for the kiddos. And just a short walk to the beach! The condo was very clean and neat. The host answered all my questions in a timely manner. You can also watch the sling shot ride right from the patio! Definitely recommend, we will definitely be booking here again in the future!
