NOTE: The Surfside Resort HOA is conducting several upgrades this 2025 and 2026 winter season.

1. Please be advised that the pool is scheduled to be drained from November 3 through February 15, 2026, for renovation of the pool's supporting structure. The hot tubs will not be affected.

2. Balcony repairs and resurfacing. About 100 units will start this mid to late January. We are near the top of the list, so we hope ours will happen in January or February. Each unit is estimated to be 1-2 days of work, and access to the balcony will be restricted during that time. The goal is to complete all the work before Spring Break. There may be some noise or other restrictions during this time. Feel free to request an update at any time.

- Second Bedroom: King bed, deck access, whirlpool tub/shower, Smart TV. New closet.

- Deck/Balcony: 28 ft long, with lounge chairs, tables, and a settee for ocean views.

- Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with red and white lacquered cabinets, Keurig and drip coffee makers, refrigerator/ice maker, stove, oven, toaster, and blender. Large round dining table for 6.

- Wi-Fi: Fiber-optic with great bandwidth for multiple devices.

- Private Beach & Gated Access: Sky bridge walkover or private gate access.

Important Details:

- $1,500 Accidental damage protection included.

- 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests.

- No parties or events.

- No smoking.

- Safety & Cleaning: Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI Purify’s advanced cleaning protocols.

- Guest Screening: ID verification, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background check.



Guest Access:

Smart lock with access code provided at least 2 days prior to check-in. Please request a building entry code if you are arriving after 10pm.
