Family lake trip

Great place for a family vacation at the lake! Accommodated six adults and two babies perfectly. The location of the house was in a great area, quiet and close to Resturant’s and shopping. Pool was nice and having access to boat was a plus. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Summer vacation

This home and property was great for me, my husband and our adult children and spouses. We really enjoyed the pool and plan to stay here again given the chance. Thanks for such a nice time and experience and for a truly relaxing vacation, it was exactly what we were looking for.

Great family vacay spot

This home was a great location for our family weekend getaway! The pool and outdoor kitchen were favorite gathering spots for our crew. The dock provided great quiet fishing opportunities. And, the boat launch on the property was super convenient for our sailboat, kayaks and ski boat. The kitchen was super functional for family dinners. We will certainly rent here again!

Lake Life At Its Best

Perfect lake house on beautiful Lake Sinclair. Robbie was very easy to work with and went out of his way to make our trip perfect. The house sits on a beautiful large lot that extends out on a point into the lake. The back of the house faces west and the sunsets were spectacular. We will look forward to coming again soon.

Alright

The place needs a good amount of maintenance. The fans on back deck didn’t work. There were lights at dock that didn’t work. The stove had knobs that were broken and on useable. Miscellaneous other things also. But we had fun.

Fishing Trip

We had a wonderful time at this house. Mr Mcdaniel was very accommodating to us. My dad is in a wheelchair and it is hard to find places that have easy access in the home and on the outside of the property. This house had both.Thanks for sharing your home with us!!! We enjiyed our stay...

Fun stay!

We had a wonderful week here! The house was spacious enough for the 9 of us. We had 6 adults, 2 kids and a baby. The peacefulness was amazing, the sunsets were phenomenal and we really enjoyed ourselves. The pool was wonderful and we used it almost everyday. Fishing was a highlight of trip. We caught large catfish, crappie, blue gill and bass right from the dock. Robbie was great to work with and very prompt responding to our inquiries during our stay.

Lake house adventure

This house and property is awesome! Very spacious, clean , and organized. The outdoor pool, bar, and cooking area were perfect for relaxing with the family and grilling. We also were able to do a lot of fishing off the dock and around the properties shoreline. We rented the pontoon boat and explored the lake as well and had a blast. Robbie was a great host and was quick to respond if we had any questions. The family is ready to go back. 5 star!

Amazing place to make great memories

What a beautiful place! Lots of great living and kitchen space. We felt comfortable and safe. We had everything we needed here: linens, silverware, cookware and bakeware. Great appliances. The yard and view are amazing! And the sunsets were breathtaking! Make sure to have your camera. Bring your fishing poles! Lots of fish to catch! We spent most of our time outside in the pool area which was amazing!! We had a great time and look forward to being back one day!

Loved this place!!!

I have a huge family so us “older cousins” visited here for Spring Break and it was PERFECT! The backyard is amazing and my personal favorite spot was the wooden swing overlooking the lake. The inside is very open with a good kitchen for cooking for 9 people. The beds are super comfy, even the pull out couch…. which doesn’t happen very often. There was an issue with my payment and the host was amazing about contacting back and forth so we could figure it out together. Location is amazing. Its decently secluded and only 15 minutes from Walmart. Overall it’s a perfect getaway spot and I will definitely be returning!

Annual Alumni Trip

Finding the house was extremely easy. We also brought our own boat and the property manager was able to direct us to the closest ramp to the house. Getting in the house was easy and we were quickly able to make ourselves at home. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The gathering space was adequate for our large group. The pool was perfect after the boat. The yard is very shady and comfortable to put chairs out and relax. We only found slight issues with cleanliness (jolly rancher wrapper in a shower and none of us had Jolly Ranchers and food dust residue on some pillows in the gathering spaces), sharpness of knives, and the additional sleeping places (sofa beds and roll out twin sets. ) We have notified the manager and they seem to be on top of those issues. We had a great long weekend and suggest this place to be perfect for a group size of 6-8 adults.

The property has beautiful peaceful lake frontage, a nice boathouse and pier and the house is nice with comfortable beds and furniture and a nice laundry room, but there's a lot of issues that are being overlooked and in need of better maintenance. Upon our arrival we found that the outdoor kitchen area in the pool area isn't as per the photos posted on the VRBO site. The only fixtures there is the bar, a standard gas grill, a mini fridge, wobbly bar stools and one working fan. None of the other kitchen items in the photos are there. The pool was filthy, the pool net has a hole in it, the pool furniture is old and dirty and in poor condition. The house ice maker in the refrigerator never made ice, of the 5 burners on the stove only two worked and some drawers are missing handles. One of the legs of claw foot tub was falling through the floor rendering it unusable. This house with the number of people it will accommodate needs three street garbage cans since it only has one pickup day a week. Even with the problems that we found we all had a wonderful time. It just needs a little TLC.

Gorgeous & private location!

The highlight of the rental was most definitely the outdoor area! With 500 feet of lakefront, the property is very private with spacious backyard, pool and outdoor kitchen & bar area. The sunsets were gorgeous! The property is at the end of a cove with lots of birds & no houses across the lake. We enjoyed playing corn hole, football, kayaking, fishing & rides in the pontoon boat. The house is comfortable with a master bedroom & bath on one side of the family room/kitchen & another master bedroom & queen bedroom with 2 baths on the other side which allowed adults some distance from the kids. The 3 roll away beds allowed comfortable sleeping for our large group. The closest grocery is 20 minutes away, so be sure & get everything you need before you go! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the property!

My wife and I love to host. This is our 5th rental to go along with our cabin near Lake Chatuge and the three tiny cabins we have as well.
We work hard to leave no detail undone. We put very high expectations on ourselves and want every guest to have a 6 star experience!. We put over 600 hours of work into renovating this home to make it perfect. My wife does and incredible job with the décor and loves to think of every little thing someone might need during their stay. We have four kids and like to get them involved with the properties as well to help them build life skills!

The moment we stepped out the back door we knew we knew this property would meet our 6 star expectations. Pictures just do not do justice to the view and peaceful setting in the backyard. It's very difficult to find a lot like this on the Lake, they just aren't making anymore property like this!

You can attribute 500' of shoreline to just a few percent of the properties on Lake Sinclair.
This property is at the end of a cove and as you look across the lake there is nothing but nature, no houses lining the shore, again, very rare on the lake.
All this plus an in-ground swimming pool and entertainment area!
Outdoor kitchen with two mini-refrigerators, a sink and grill.
This combination of attributes make it truly a one-of-a-kind on the Lake.
