My family arrived after midnight due to flight delays, it was very easy to find the lock box at the rental office to obtain the keys and information, returning the keys was very simple, walk into the rental office and leave the keys with an agent!The condo was spotless upon entering, and all necessary items were where they were supposed to be for easy access.The kitchen appliances and silverware are high end products and look new.The bathrooms are in fact updated and very clean, the closet space is huge! The beds and pillows were very comfortable.The location is excellent, a short walk to public beach access. 8 minutes from Publix and Dollar Tree, and 10-12 minutes from many popular restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed eating in a couple of nights and having family movie night.It was an excellent experience, I would highly recommend staying at Essex S305.
