Ocean Front and on the Beach!

Seas the Day is a condo in the Sand Dwellers 1 complex on the east end of Ocean Isle Beach. This is a second story condo with no elevator. Your family will enjoy the fantastic ocean views from this top floor condo. The Sand Dwellers community pool is a fantastic place to relax and 'catch some rays' or just take a nap after a stroll on the beach or dip in the ocean.

Relax at night while watching the sunset over the intercoastal from the balcony in the back and sleep peacefully while the ocean breeze makes its way through the space.

The beach is less than 100 yards away and the private pool is even closer!

Birhday Getaway!

Booked a long weekend with my mom & husband for my birthday. This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. Great location, fantastic view and perfect for our small family. Can’t wait to come back next year.

We had the best time during our stay and can't wait to return! The condo was beautifully decorated with the most comfortable beds. Easy access to the beach and wonderful views. The host was very easy to reach at all times and the condo had everything you could ever need and more.

Awesome!

We have been going to OIB for the last 20 years and this has been the best place we have ever stayed. Beautiful condo! Loved the decor and it was very clean. Owner was very responsive and friendly. This condo had everything we needed. Awesome location on east side of OIB. Great oceanfront location and great area to view sunrises! Thank you and we will be booking again for next year!

Great week

We had a wonderful stay here for our family beach trip. Clean, beautiful ocean view! Our favorite part was the shed with all the beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Located at the far east side of the island, it's peaceful and the rocks at the end of the beach provide a wonderful spot to find all sorts of sea creatures (crabs, starfish, etc). Thanks for a great stay!

Nice Stay

We had a nice stay, interior of condo was well kept. Only major complaint was the King bed box spring is very squeaky. Outside was great, with a perfect view of the ocean. Wish outside chairs had some cushion.

Cozy Coastal Stay

We absolutely had the best time at this condo, and trust me the weather was horrible, and we still had a great time. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils to cook meals. Perfect view of the beach and a great view for morning coffee. Condo was clean and everything we needed was right there. Comfortable and Cozy. It was a get away for my husband and I, but 2 couples or a family of 4 would easily enjoy the space. I had a couple of questions before our arrival and they were quickly answered. We will definitely stay again…a lot of attention to detail and things to make your stay enjoyable!!

Great location, Updated appliances, but crawling surprises

Reached to owners day before check-in for instructions and location. All seemed well. Got to condo, great parking and location. Unlocked door and were greeted with roaches as we turned on the lights. Immediately left and messaged owner. Immediate response and sent husband out to spray while we were away. Said they would check back in the next day and haven’t heard from them yet. A little dated with superficial renovations. I had to rewash/not rinse every dish. Didn’t quite feel like a relaxing birthday weekend for my daughter. Looked and was too good to be true. Thick layers of dust on bedroom whicker furniture made it feel so grimy. My son the cable guy, hooking up cable and the exterminator. I would have given a better review but no contact and no 1 night comp as agreed on when problems initially brought to owners attention. We really thought the people were professional and worth sticking it out but no contact for over 24 hours seems sketchy

Great place at the beach

Very nice condo unit with great views of the beach. There was a small issue at check in, but the owners quickly corrected the problem. Overall the property was great, I would rent again, and would recommend to my friends

Honeymoon

We have been to OIB many times but this time we were coming down to get married at sunrise. Due to OIB laying in a East to West fashion we wanted to be on the East end this time. We had never stayed on the East end before , its always been central or the West end of the island where most of the condos are located, so we weren't sure what to expect. Since the new jetty was put in a year or so ago, the beach on the East end of the island is now absolutely beautiful. Its nice and wide and was perfect for a sunrise wedding. The owners were updated as to why we were coming and they had left my wife and I a beautiful surprise with flowers ,chocolates, wine and candles upon entering the condo. It was a very thoughtful thing to do that not every host would of done. The condo was clean and tidy and had a great view of the Atlantic. There was a couple of questions I had of non-importance and they responded immediately. We were very pleased with our stay and I have no doubts anyone else who stays there will have the same positive experience we had. I'm so thankful for having a "CLEAN" and lovely place to stay during our trip.
