RARE FIND! Two story oceanfront, 3 outdoor spaces.

Come relax and enjoy the sunny vistas from this fabulous two-level beachfront condominium on the west end of beautiful Ocean Isle Beach. Feel the refreshing ocean breeze and take in great views from three different outdoor spaces attached to the unit. The covered balcony off the den and the sundeck off the upstairs master suite feature relaxing ocean views with seagulls and pelicans flying overhead and dolphins swimming by just off the sandy beach right in front of you. The back of the second level offers a covered porch with a view of Sunset Beach, Tubbs Inlet, and spectacular sunsets in the evenings.

The elevator will make loading/unloading quick and easy. The first of two bedrooms on the first level has two double beds, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite half bath. A full bath with a tub/shower combination is convenient to both bedrooms. Also on the first level are a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper level is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite including a jacuzzi tub/shower combination. For your convenience, the upper level has a full sized washer and dryer. Each bedroom, as well as the den, have ceiling fans, TVs and DVD players for your enjoyment. There is also WiFi access throughout the entire unit.

Things to Know Before You Book: Please note that the bed linens and bath towels are not provided. Guests should bring their own sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels. This helps keep costs lower, ensures everyone has fresh, personal linens, and reduces laundry turnaround times between bookings. We are happy to share the names of linen providers who can deliver and pickup directly from the condo. Many guests find this option easy and cost-effective.

If you need to take a break from playing in the waves or swimming in the large complex pool (avaialble seasonally), you can play golf at one of many nearby golf courses. Both Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are only 50 minutes away and offer many entertainment options. You can enjoy fresh seafood at Calabash, NC which is only 10 miles away. Multiple grocery stores are conveniently located just across the bridge on the mainland.

Property was not clean - we were also required to buy our own linens, blankets, towels etc. flying in from out of state and learning we also had to purchase everything else on top of what you normally expect was disappointing. Advertisement did not say this. The unit was also dirty. Pictures were sent to VRBO with no response still.

I will start with the fact we would rent this condo again! We have stayed in many rentals between beach and mountain vacations that we have developed a list of “what’s working” and opportunities for enhancements. Working:-The space is fantastic! We loved the 2 level floor plan. It gave us parents a sense of privacy, but I’m sure the kids appreciated not hearing us moving about also in the mornings. -We loved all of the balconies ! Although, surprisingly, we used the master balcony least. The kids loved the front baloney for game play in the evenings. Unfortunately, we only caught one sunset and the clouds became a factor.-Easy beach access!-Loved the deer and fox sightings! And deer running down the beach!-Ample Parking.-Beds were comfortable.-Loved the additional half bath…we are accustomed to condos in this area having just 2 full baths.Opportunities:-I let the host know in advance that renting linens was new to us. We have never rented linens on a mountain vacation and we take at least 4-5 trips a year. It was easy and not too expensive, so it worked out.-The starter items were not great. Thankfully, we brought a good base supply and the host encouraged renters to leave items behind, but I was surprised on the lack of starter items based on the suite of amenities we have received in the past.-Labels on cabinets help tremendously when you are a renter!-The items in the storage closet are outdated. This is a very nice ocean-front condo. Plenty of parking was available on site at no cost. The swimming pool was clean well maintained. The owner was easily accessible and friendly.

We absolutely loved this condo! The beds are comfy, it is very clean and spacious. The upstairs master is a game changer. Large enough to feel like an entire townhouse. Some reviews had complaints of no toiletries but I have found most of the time you have to bring those anyway to private owed. Washer and dryer was clean and useful to us! Appliances were modern and clean! Also, we really enjoyed the info from our host about restaurants and activities on the island, my kiddos have a new found love for looking for crabs at night- been to the beach 4 times now and that was a first for us- SO FUN! pool is updated, and beach access is perfect! Beaches are clean and it’s just an overall beautiful area. You cannot beat this one!!

Great Location, Great Hosts, Great Stay

We had a wonderful time during our little family getaway! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access. The owners were great with communication and made everything smooth and simple. It was just what we needed for a peaceful and fun break. Highly recommend!

Great long weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing, beds were comfy and with it being two levels, it felt extra spacious. We always stay on this end of the island, so we knew we’d like the location. The guest before us must have cooked a ton of seafood inside with the doors shut, which didn’t smell great… We let the owners know, they were very apologetic and offered a couple ways to make it up to us. I only mention this here for future guests who may read this- please be more courteous and not repeat this here (or at any rental)! This was no fault of the owner, but now they will have to handle it.

Nice Peaceful Oceanfront Condo

Overall a very enjoyable stay. Loved the property grounds although a little dated. The balcony was nice and beds were comfortable. Overall the property was clean. Communication with the ow er was excellent. The only real issue I felt was the lack of paper products, linens, towels, etc. This is the first time I have stayed in a VRBO that doesn't provide basics. With that in mind, I would stay here again.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

Perfect location, nice large unit with beautiful ocean views. Picked unit with a pool due to a broken ankle pictures showed easy access to pool since I’m not able to go on beach in a boot however the pool was not usable as the pool deck was under construction and was not noted in the listing. Owner should note that until construction is finished.

Perfect Place on the beach

We absolutely loved this place. Multiple balconies to watch the ocean, sunrise and sunset. The condo was extremely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Right on the beach. Truly a wonderful location. We had my mother in law with us and they even had an elevator so she could get to the condo. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Wonderful quiet time at the beach!

We have stayed at this bright comfortable condo before and had a wonderful time with the breathtaking view. Love having the master suite upstairs by itself! Owner quickly responds to any questions. Hope to stay here again!

Excellent beach vacation with perfect layout!

We had 2 teenage boys with us so having that private master on the 3rd floor was priceless! Excellent spot on the beach with lots of parking. We loved it!!!

Ocean View!

We LOVED the proximity of our unit to the ocean. The view was incredible!!! On calm days we were able to watch dolphins swimming in front of the unit. We also enjoyed the area restaurants so very much. This was our first time to Ocean Isle Beach. We came during off-season, so it was incredibly quiet. The bedroom upstairs with king bed and balcony was a wonderful retreat from the bedrooms and living area downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools/pans/etc. Our family really, really enjoyed our stay!Reduction in Ratings: --Deep cleaning is needed in the downstairs bathtub/shower--There was a tornado watch, so I reached out to the host to check whether or not the complex had a recommended location if the watch was to shift to a tornado warning. Parking garage underneath is completely open for hurricane storm surge and entire complex is up on stilts. I did not receive a response within that 24 hours of severe weather, nor in the days immediately following.

Brand new stainless steel appliances (2020), granite countertops, dual zone HVAC, leather sofa and loveseat, keyless entry, and multi device charging station.
