This unique and amazing Penthouse is filled with art, light and open spaces in the heart of Colonia Condesa. Just a stroll away from boutiques, restaurants, museums, libraries and bars. The apartment has the best views of the city. It has a terrace with a jacuzzi and grill, where you can enjoy your day. The building counts with security 24/7 and a parking spot.
There are constructions nearby so some noise could be expected from 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. Mon to Sat.

Trip to Mexico City

We had a fabulous first trip to Mexico City. This property was beautiful, very spacious, and so well appointed. The owner was great about communication. The rooftop terrace was incredible. It was in a fabulous neighborhood and we were able to walk to so many places. We hope to come back soon!

Perfect Penthouse Apartment & Rooftop Terrace

Great for two couples or family - two floors, one each per couple provides privacy and quiet. Friendly responses from Monica and Management manager Luz. Great location in Condesa. The only issue we had was the penthouse is in disrepair and not as clean as it could be. Neither distracted from our stay.

Beautiful Property

This was the most beautiful apartment we’ve ever stayed in. The pictures accurately depict how special the property is. A duplex, spacious unit, plus a private rooftop deck, across the street from a magnificent church, in a fantastic neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay start to finish. Luz was there when we arrived to show us the ropes and was available throughout to give us advice and recommendations. The location made touring around Condesa, Polanco and Roma very easy. Lots of restaurants nearby, Parque Mexicans Parque España, a great bakery right on the corner. We would definite stay here again!

Perfect spot for a family trip

We all loved the unique architecture and the art in this condo. The rooftop was amazing and we enjoyed hanging out up there at night. The doormen were so nice! They helped us hide a giant piñata from the birthday girl. We didn’t cook at all so can’t comment on the kitchen. Beds were ok - shower was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends for concert and tourism

Excellent location for lots of tourist places, tons of great restaurants within walking distance, and a great ice cream shop around the corner. Luz the manager was very helpful and very attentive and easy to contact. There is a coffee place around the corner too but coffee in apartment is wonderful!. Easy uber pick up out front and security guards in building very attentive. most apartment buildings have them, safe neighborhood, I was on my own 2nd half of trip my friend got sick, felt safe walking alone in neighborhood all hours of the day. Convivence store on the corner and grocery store very close..

What a find!

Our family stayed at Luz's place when we attended our niece's wedding. When we got in and were being shown around, all we could keep saying was "Wow!" This place is as advertised. Beautiful home, elevator to your apartment, lovely quiet Condessa neighborhood, Private shaded rooftop with jacuzzi. Walkable neighborhood with small restaurants. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous property in the heart of Condesa

We couldn’t have asked for a better “home base” for our first (of many) visits to Mexico City!! Luz and our host, Monica, were wonderful - and kept in touch throughout our stay. This property is *gorgeous* and perfect for one or two couples or a family with teenage kids. The art throughout the home is spectacular! A lovely stay - thank you very much!!

Perfect stay in La Condessa!

Such a beautiful property, the location was perfect! We enjoyed a coffee and pastry each morning at Saint, a lovely coffee shop steps from the apartment entrance. The doorman was a gem, greeting us warmly each time we came or left the apartment. We felt completely safe here. Check-in and check-out were extremely accommodating to our needs. Luz, the property manager, was very helpful and gave us some great tips for exploring the area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, don't hesitate to book this beautiful apartment! Beautiful and Comfortable Stay

This apartment was just as advertised and incredibly beautiful and comfortable. Our family of 4 (2 teens in tow) had plenty of space and felt very much at home! The location is excellent and we were able to either walk everywhere or take a short Uber ride. The terrace space on the roof is such a nice added bonus! The property owners/managers were incredibly accommodating on our arrival and departure days as well. This was our first time in Mexico City and we plan to return and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Apartment in a Beautiful Neighborhood

Monica and Luz were amazing hosts and we loved the penthouse apartment. It was beautiful, clean and had a private rooftop terrace that we enjoyed. The neighborhood is great with everything you need within walking distance or short cab ride. If you are coming to CDMX, stay here!

Remarkable Apartment!!!

Beautiful apartment in an outstanding neighborhood. The rooftop terrace is so nice to enjoy coffee in the morning or drinks at the end of a long day. Views are amazing. Monica & Luz are super nice. Absolutely would stay here again!!!

Stunning Apartment in a Beautiful Neighborhood

Our stay in Condesa was absolutely perfect. The apartment is gorgeous and well appointed. The layout, art, and bright spaces are warm and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. The property manager and team were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The building has someone at the front desk all day and night, which makes it even more welcoming. The neighborhood is beautiful! Excellent restaurants and lovely walks along tree-lined streets. We will gladly return to this special oasis!

Oasis for seasoned travelers

This PH apartment is spectacular - in architecture, furniture, art and artifacts. It is located in a vibrant neighborhood, with marvelous song-birds chirping in the morning, and good restaurants nearby. The security guards on ground level are the best! Staying here was the highlight of our stay in Mexico City, since we had an unexpected challenge to our mobility and had to cancel tours. We felt ‘at home’ in this amazing PH apartment.

Peaceful Oasis in CDMX

My family of 4 adults spent the week between Christmas and New Years in this elegant and beautifully decorated penthouse in Condessa and we loved it. Monica, the owner, was great to work with and super quick and clear in communicating. The spaces are bright, the decor is eclectic and charming, and the neighborhood is deservedly popular - brimming with restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. We had a wonderful time and are already looking to returning!

As good as it gets.

My wife and I spent a week in this incredible Condesa penthouse. The location is terrific and the penthouse itself is extraordinary. Very spacious and comfortable, with views to die for. Although the neighborhood feels quite safe, having onsite 24/7 security adds additional peace of mind. We very much look forward to staying here again.

Apartment in La Condesa

I cannot say enough about this beautiful apartment. The layout is great with two levels and a roof deck. Perfect for a family of four. Three bathrooms with great showers and the kids room has two separate beds. There is beautiful art everywhere, a library, and a roof deck that could pass for an arboretum. Incredible views from the roof and it has a small hot tub too. All of the details have been thought through. Only criticism is the mattress in the master bedroom is a little too firm. But we would absolutely stay here again.

What a glorious trip to Condessa!

We had a fantastic stay here during the summer. The condo is amazing -- a huge 2-story apartment plus a private roof with Jacuzzi and the most stunning views of Mexico City. The home was just as described, and very easy check-in process with the co-host Luz greeting us in the building and showing us around. The apartment is very warm and inviting, with huge windows letting in a ton of light and nice breeze. The furniture was a bit older but mostly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked as well which we appreciated. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the trendy Condessa neighbourhood (and literally steps from the city's most ridiculous & delicious chilaquiles torta stand ;)). It is walking distance from all manner of great restaurants, bakeries, and cafes, and just like 10 minutes away from a big park. All in all we highly recommend staying here!!

The location can't be better. It is located in the heart of Colonia Condesa which is surrounded with boutiques, bars, art galleries, two beautiful parks (España and México) and the best restaurants in town. Everything walking distance from the apartment.
