The apartment has the best views of the city. It has a terrace with a jacuzzi and grill, where you can enjoy your day. The building counts with security 24/7 and a parking spot.
There are constructions nearby so some noise could be expected from 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. Mon to Sat.

This is a beautiful property. We loved the rooftop terrace -- had breakfast there every morning. This is a well cared for family home with comfortable beds, walk-in closets, great showers. The location is near many nice restaurants and cafes -- including Botanica. A short walk to Condesa parks and Amsterdam Avenue. Great bread/pastry shop on the corner. Luz, the manager was lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Great spot in a great location

A spacious property thats perfectly positioned in bohemian Condesa. It fit our family of 4 well, and was cloae to great restaurants, cafes and bars. It took 20min from the airport, we were met by Luz who kindly had coffee and a bottle of wine to welcome us. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything about our stay here was amazing! Luz was so welcoming and accommodating to our every need, including getting us connected with a very friendly and helpful driver for our excursions. The condo itself is absolutely spectacular, even much more impressive in person than in the photos! It was incredibly spacious for my family and while luxurious, it still felt comfortable and relaxing in every space, including the panoramic rooftop patio.We felt very pampered during our stay here!

Fantastic Stay

The apartment was truly magical. The listing was 100% accurate and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Monica was the perfect host. Preparing us before our visit, making sure that we were met upon arrival, and answering any questions we had. One of the best experiences I have had. I am looking forward to my next stay!

Beautiful PH in Condesa

This apartment is one of the most extraordinary rentals I’ve stayed in. The art, furnishings, and rooftop terrace added immensely to our visit to Mexico City. Monica and Luz were so easy to work with, including helping me rectify my booking error. The location is perfect, in a beautiful neighborhood of Mexico City, with great restaurants and lovely, cool parks.

Magical and beautiful

I rented this property bring my parents in law to Mexico for their first time in Mexico. The property manager welcomed us with so much kindness and spoiled us quite a bit. The place is far more beautiful than what the picture reflect (I was already at awe with the pictures) The location is wonderful, safe, clean and there’s a huge array of places to visit, walking distance, if you enjoy exploring.

Perfect Penthouse Apartment & Rooftop Terrace

Great for two couples or family - two floors, one each per couple provides privacy and quiet. Friendly responses from Monica and Management manager Luz. Great location in Condesa. The only issue we had was the penthouse is in disrepair and not as clean as it could be. Neither distracted from our stay.

Beautiful Property

This was the most beautiful apartment we’ve ever stayed in. The pictures accurately depict how special the property is. A duplex, spacious unit, plus a private rooftop deck, across the street from a magnificent church, in a fantastic neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay start to finish. Luz was there when we arrived to show us the ropes and was available throughout to give us advice and recommendations. The location made touring around Condesa, Polanco and Roma very easy. Lots of restaurants nearby, Parque Mexicans Parque España, a great bakery right on the corner. We would definite stay here again!

Friends for concert and tourism

Excellent location for lots of tourist places, tons of great restaurants within walking distance, and a great ice cream shop around the corner. Luz the manager was very helpful and very attentive and easy to contact. There is a coffee place around the corner too but coffee in apartment is wonderful!. Easy uber pick up out front and security guards in building very attentive. most apartment buildings have them, safe neighborhood, I was on my own 2nd half of trip my friend got sick, felt safe walking alone in neighborhood all hours of the day. Convivence store on the corner and grocery store very close..

Trip to Mexico City

We had a fabulous first trip to Mexico City. This property was beautiful, very spacious, and so well appointed. The owner was great about communication. The rooftop terrace was incredible. It was in a fabulous neighborhood and we were able to walk to so many places. We hope to come back soon!

Unique accomodation

Monica's condo was unique in our experience -- three levels of space, with her books, art, and art objects there for us to enjoy. We spent a lovely week, walking through La Condesa and enjoying the parks. Monica and Luz were most helpful and very accommodating.

Perfect spot for a family trip

We all loved the unique architecture and the art in this condo. The rooftop was amazing and we enjoyed hanging out up there at night. The doormen were so nice! They helped us hide a giant piñata from the birthday girl. We didn’t cook at all so can’t comment on the kitchen. Beds were ok - shower was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay in La Condessa!

Such a beautiful property, the location was perfect! We enjoyed a coffee and pastry each morning at Saint, a lovely coffee shop steps from the apartment entrance. The doorman was a gem, greeting us warmly each time we came or left the apartment. We felt completely safe here. Check-in and check-out were extremely accommodating to our needs. Luz, the property manager, was very helpful and gave us some great tips for exploring the area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, don't hesitate to book this beautiful apartment! What a find!

Our family stayed at Luz's place when we attended our niece's wedding. When we got in and were being shown around, all we could keep saying was "Wow!" This place is as advertised. Beautiful home, elevator to your apartment, lovely quiet Condessa neighborhood, Private shaded rooftop with jacuzzi. Walkable neighborhood with small restaurants. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful property with a lot of emotional meaning to my family and to me. You will find books, music, and an amazing decoration. Also the unique terrace with amazing views where you can relax, work and even make a grill with family and friends.

The location can't be better. It is located in the heart of Colonia Condesa which is surrounded with boutiques, bars, art galleries, two beautiful parks (España and México) and the best restaurants in town. Everything walking distance from the apartment.
