I built this cabin specifically to be an amazing, unique getaway for any occasion. You will love the open floorplan and HUGE screened-in back deck with a LARGE hottub. This cabin hosts up to 7-8 people comfortably and is DOG FRIENDLY. There is a firepit with chairs to relax with friends and family. You can also walk down to the river and enjoy fishing or lounging around the sandbank. You are also minutes from Helen, Ga. Come relax in the woods at the NEW Peaceful Bear Cabin.

What a great place

Everything about this cabin in top notch.. Quiet place to hang out but close enough that you can do both go out or stay on site..I will be trying to rent again

Relaxing stay!

We visited with family and had a very relaxing time playing cards and sitting by the fire. We had everything needed for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the comforts of home.

Thanksgiving week get away

Great stay. Cabin is nice and met our needs. Located in a quiet community of a few cabins. Not on a creek but river was a short walk away. Cabin had nice accommodations but kitchen cooking utensils and pans were very limited. Overall a great place to rest and relax. Would come again.

This cabin is amazing!!! Beautiful, clean and close enough to everything . Rob was really easy to deal with and responded quick to any questions. We will be back!!! Rent this cabin..you will love it!

Awesome place!

First of all, this property is breathtaking. I love it’s location and that it isn’t super busy! It’s conveniently located near grocery stores and gas stations. Helen wasn’t a far drive at all and the scenery on the way in to Helen was stunning. Definitely would recommend this place to stay if you’re looking to get away from all the hustle and bustle. The jacuzzi was awesome and well maintained and much needed. It’s in the back deck which is screened in! So no bugs! I will definitely stay again in the future. I have new memories with my family and I sure do hope you all will as well.

Beautiful Modern Cabin

My husband and I just stayed at this modern cabin with our golden retriever! The location, while not extremely secluded, was very private, clean and had modern updates in the kitchen, rainfall shower heads and digital thermostats. The cabin had most of the items you would need for your stay and there were a few quirks that might bother other renters but certainly didn’t ruin our stay. The property is surrounded by rocks and dirt so our golden paws were a little tender after being outside with no designated grassy areas. If you are someone who likes to unpack your clothing for your stay just know, there are no closets, drawers etc in the bedrooms for this. The neighborhood was centrally located to great restaurants, wineries and hiking and the area was beautiful! Great family spot to vacation :)

Good combo of Modern & Rustic

We had a birthday girls trip here to visit Helen, GA and Brasstown Bald. Cabin is off the beaten path, but close enough to town and restaurants for emergencies. Cabin is a good combo of modern and rustic. Appliances are totally modern and up to date, but the cabin still contains a rustic and cozy feeling. We unfortunately didn't get to use the fire pit because it was so rainy when we arrived, but the fire pit looked cute and a great place for a bonfire. Would recommend to anyone who wants to feel secluded and woodsy without giving up the comforts of home.

Peaceful Bear Cabin Getaway

The cabin is located in an area surrounded by beautiful trees. When you are on the back porch, it is like being in a tree house. The cabin is new and nicely furnished. It is very quiet and private.

Family Vacation 2022

This trip was everything we had hoped for!! I've planned a vacation to Helen GA in my head for about 3 years now. So I decided to just go for it this year. I spent weeks looking for the PERFECT cabin and WE FOUND IT!! This cabin was absolutely beautiful 😍 Everything about it was amazing. The smell of the fresh wood as you walked through the front door was so welcoming. We enjoyed the front porch with rocking chairs to have morning coffee and listen to the birds and watch the butterflies. We enjoyed the big screened in back porche to grill, relax in the hot tub and enjoy each other's company. We made s'mores by the fire at night. We also saw a deer in the woods next to us as we drove down the path to the cabin. We were only a short simple drive to the cute little City of Helen, where we spent our days site seeing, hiking, tubing, rode the mountain coaster, saw Anna Ruby Falls and so much more!! This was definitely one of the BEST family vacations we have had. Al, our host, was very quick to respond anytime we had questions. We will definitely be back. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR BEAUTIFUL CABIN! 😊

What a peaceful getaway!!!

This cabin is clean, well appointed, quiet, beautiful. Everything that you need for a lovely mountain getaway. And the dogs loved it too!!! I highly recommend!!!

I went over and above building and furnishing this cabin. I built the entire cabin using rough cut locally sourced lumber; as soon as anyone walks in the cabin the smell of cedar fills the air from the cedar shake installed above the fireplace. It's truly a one of a kind cabin that I cant wait to share with others. The open floor plan will accommodate up to 8 people very comfortably. The kitchen is bar none with anything you need for a getaway and the granite countertops take the cake tying all the colors together. As you walk out to the back, you'll notice how gigantic the deck is. Nestled in the corner is a huge hot tub and those who hate bugs are also protected by the screens; the deck is completely screened in top to bottom. The cabin is also equipped with a massive fireplace for those cold nights or for anyone who loves a good fire. There is also a fire pit on the premises for bonfires with friends and family. This cabin is truly an amazing stay that will be cherished by guests for years to come.

The cabin is newly built and offers a full modern kitchen for those that love to cook and a washer dryer to clean clothes after a day of woods activities. This is truly a special place and has the perfect peaceful “cabiny” vibe that will make you live in the moment.
