Love our repeat guests. Discounts for YOU! Let us know if you stayed before. New Elevator! New paint exterior & interior. New FLOORS between elevator and inside the unit. No standing in lines at a front desk as no check-in/check out needed, we strive to get you in your unit quickly and on to having FUN! Owners handle everything prior to check-in date. Our building sits out closer to the water than our neighboring buildings, making a short walk to the beach with sounds of the waves you will love while sitting on the balcony in the new furniture or in the living room. This is a 1 bedroom recently updated beachfront condo that sleeps 6. Located right on the gulf in Orange Beach. The primary bedroom has a NEW (6/2024) PLUSH King-sized mattress, 5 drawer chest, 2024 new framed flat-screen SMART Samsung tv, and a spacious closet. 2 bunk beds, with new mattress. Sofa bed has comfy new mattress. Our condo has a panoramic view from a spacious balcony on the 5th floor. You will enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony or sitting in the living room. This unit has a complete kitchen, Breakfast bar with 3 stools, and a table for five. 2024 new XL Air Fryer! The bathroom has been updated with a new vanity and granite top with a walk-in tiled shower. It has a full New washer and dryer to make your stay better. 2 Coffee pots, one is a Keurig, the other is full size Cuisinart. Comes with a new blow dryer. The fridge does have an ice maker. We provide 2 kitchen trash bags, 2 pods for washing, dryer sheets, 2 pods for the New (2025) dishwasher and 2 rolls of paper towels & toilet tissue to help you settle in quickly without having to run to the market. Salt & Pepper provided. Nice restaurants just across the street.

There is also Free wireless internet; come enjoy your stay and relax!!!

*Please note: Four Winds is a Smoke-Free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, and common areas. No Smoking is allowed within 25 feet of the building.

No PETS allowed per BUILDING POLICY. Security will ask you to vacate the property if a pet is on the property. We love pets but please comply with the policy so you can enjoy your stay.

We had an amazing four day stay at this beachfront condo! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing getaway. The view was absolutely stunning and being just steps from the beach made it even better.Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience; highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

First of all this condo was beautiful. It was clean and had absolutely everything you would need and the balcony had some stunning views of the beach and the sunset! It was close by to any restaurant you would want to go to and close to any shopping you need to do. Check in/out was SO simple. The building sat close to the beach and parking was a breeze. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I will absolutely be coming back to this exact condo in the future!

This was a lovely condo and is just as pictured. Very nicely decorated and bedding was super comfortable. All communication was responded to in a very timely manner. We hope to be able to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Orange Beach! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed—truly felt like home away from home. Family vacation

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean on arrival. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and cooking utensils needed. Refrigerator had an ice maker which was extremely useful. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was as well. The only con ( which had nothing to do with this particular condo or owners) is that the pool is small compared to other complexes. That was not an issue for us but a party with lots of small kids may want a larger pool facility. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to book this exact condo next year !

Very updated and lovely touches. Beach area where chairs chairs a d umbrella rented was less populated than the surrounding buildings. Parking easy and awesome restaurants both casual and upscale. Supermarket choices, great.

Cozy getaway

We loved this complex. 36 units so it doesn’t feel like you’re on a cruise ship with 1000 other residents having to put towels on pool chairs at 6:00am. There is a place to grill out if your into cooking while on vacation. Everything is in driving distance. The elevator is the fastest in OBA and this is the first condo rental I think I’ve stayed in with a working ice maker. Overall 4.9 stars. Just a couple of hairs on the bathroom floor from the people before us, but that’s the cleaning companies issue, not the owner or unit related.

Independence Day Stay

We came for the long July 4th weekend. We enjoyed our stay here. Beach is very short walk with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for rent. This condo is just as advertised. The parking is easy and elevators quick. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

I absolutely loved this place. It was beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and not crowded at all. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the sliding glass door that goes out to the balcony (on the 5th floor) does not lock. That was a bit of a safety concern with a toddler.

Will book again!

Very nice and clean! Quiet and smaller condo made for a great experience if you don't like crowds. Right on the beach, which is nice if you carry alot to the beach.

So close to the beach, the building is much closer than neighboring large condos. This allows for the shortest walk to the beach. Gulf sounds on the balcony and in the living room can't be beaten!
