Gracias por su interés en Veranda 5D en Los Sueños Resort. Cuidamos mucho nuestro condominio para que su estadía sea placentera y especial en todo momento.

Nuestra unidad de un dormitorio está en el segundo piso con vista a la selva tropical. Es verdaderamente un pedacito de paraíso, tranquilo y acogedor.

Está totalmente equipado con la siguiente descripción:

- Cama King con colchón de primera línea, TV
- Baño con ducha tipo lluvia, inodoro y tocador
- Walk-in closet y caja de seguridad
- Cocina totalmente equipada con acceso a la barra al balcón exterior
- Máquinas de lavar y secar
- Mesa de comedor para 4
- Salón con TV inteligente y acceso directo a la terraza
- Sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar
- Estacionamiento techado exclusivo para 1 carro
- Acceso a 5 hermosas piscinas privadas. Cada una incluye parrilla weber y jacuzzis que se iluminan en la noche
- Tienes ganas de conocer gente? Perfecto! Tienes acceso al Club de Playa Los Sueños que cuenta con una gran piscina con bar, restaurantes y acceso a la playa
- Puedes hacer un paseo panorámico y corto hasta la exclusiva Marina de los Sueños que incluye restaurantes, bares, bancos, mini mercados y otras tiendas. Si no tienes deseos de caminar puedes alquilar un carrito de golf en la marina.
- Accesso a un gimnasio completo y bien equipado

- Si no tienes ganas de cocinar ni de salir del condominio, puedes recibir comida a domicilio

Second time staying in Veranda 5D. The condo is always clean with everything we need for an enjoyable stay. If you’re thinking about visiting Los Suenos I highly recommend staying here!

Los Sueños is absolutely beautiful. The property manager at the Veranda was prompt and helpful. She sent me the information for transportation from the airport and golf cart rental to get around while there. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay in Veranda 5D! My fiancé and I stayed 5 nights in Los Sueños and had the best time. The condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable. The landscaping around the resort was immaculate and we enjoyed using the beach club pass every day to go hang out at the swim up bar. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful and clean condo, close to the beach club

We we’re very grateful to find this property on such short notice. The condo is beautiful, very equipped and great quality bedding and towels. My parents, husband and I really enjoyed our stay and the pools in the Veranda property.

Always a delight

I have stayed at Veranda 5D for the third time now and I rest assured knowing exactly what I’ll experience. It feels very cozy and inviting every time, like a home away from home. One can breath in the Pura Vida, can’t wait to do it again!

We had an amazing experience! Great private and location.

We will be definitely rent this condo again. It is exactly how it's described on the listing and more. One of our concerns was safety and privacy and this property def offered that. It's was super clean and convenient to all amenities and restaurants. Total relax heaven... We didn't have to leave the resort. We only wished we would have planed to stay longer.

Our stay in early November 2025 was outstanding! The entry instructions were faultless, and we entered to an impeccably clean and pleasantly welcoming condo. There was a great supply of towels and bedding (we made use of the pull-out sofa - our adult daughter said it was VERY comfortable!) and beach towels. And the large walk-in closet meant there was lots of room for our daughter to unpack, it did not feel at all cluttered with three adults staying there :)We used the kitchen and it was well-stocked and we could easily find everything we needed. The covered patio was a delightful place to read or play games when the afternoon rains came, and it was very private. There were several pools to choose from at the condo area, although the one right behind our building was our favourite! We used it for quiet late evening swims and hot tubs, and visited the included Beach Club during the day for lounging and exploring the beach. We would definitely recommend a stay here!!

The perfect holiday

This was our first trip to Costa Rica & definitely won't be our last, Los Suenos is a beautiful resort with everything @ your finger tip, our condo was perfect, well stocked, great appliances & definitely a bonus having a large side by side fridge with water & ice readily available, the owner went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed & told us to reach out to her if any questions , we were lucky to have the white faced monkeys & Macaw birds come to the tree just outside our balcony , the local grocery store is just a short distance away & carries everything you may need, we definitely will return Marie G

Exceeded expectations!

We absolutely LOVED our stay and were so happy with the location. We have stayed at the hotel previously and think having a condo much better. The location was great - easy walking distance to the hotel/golf area, Beach Club (which is fantastic) and marina. We didn't rent a golf cart and found it to be an easy walk everywhere. My husband, 16 year old son and I were super comfortable with a one bedroom with the pull out couch. The condo was super clean and we loved having a washer and dryer. There was an issue with the door combo but the owner was incredibly responsive and facilitated a solution quickly. The gym in the complex was great as well. Overall, the location and condo exceeded all expectations. Pura Vida indeed!

Nice condo but….

The condo is nice, clean, well equipped and comfortable. But the mgt fees, taxes etc are quite a bit. Add to that a $1500 security deposit that still hasn’t been credited to my cc 11 days after checking out has left me with not the best impression for this condo. And I’ve had to pay my cc and the $1500, so I won’t see that credit now for an additional month. Last, the digital pass code to access the condo wasn’t working, had to call the office and tried several new codes, finally had to wait for maintenance to arrive and give us a physical key to use for our stay. Not the best experience.

Hi Brad, I am truly sorry about that. This is the first time we have heard of an issue about the digital lock. We appreciate your review and utilize it to improve our future guests experiences. In regards to the $1500 security deposit, I would like to clarify that it is held by VRBO. It is an insurance deposit based on the choices of insurance given in case of damage when you booked your stay. We do not hold any of this deposit money. Upon check out, if there are no damages reported, you get it back from VRBO. The good news is that there are no damages so you should receive it back according to VRBO terms and conditions. We really appreciate again your review and your stay.
