Broughton Corner is the perfect home for those looking for the family getaway. If you're looking for a local experience, your party will fall in love with this charming, and spacious home. Nestled in the up-and-coming, East end of Broughton Street, this three-bedroom house is filled with comfortable furnishings, and rich hardwood flooring. Beyond the hidden front patio, and beyond the front door, a beautifully appointed vacation rental with high-end amenities expected to make your stay comfortable.

The first floor boasts an open floor plan, with a large gathering room, large flat screen television and an ample amount of seating. Adjacent, a full kitchen, with gorgeous marble countertops, equipped with every essential you'd need for a home-cooked meal, with plenty of storage space for extended stays. At the back of the home, you'll find a wet bar perfect for crafting cocktails or opening a bottle of chilled wine after a long day of venturing out on the town.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms can be found. The primary suite features a plush king sized bed, a flat screen television, a large walk-in closet with built in shelves, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large, walk-in shower. The second bedroom is fitted with a king sized, large closet, and flatscreen television. Lastly, but not least the quaint third bedroom offers a queen size bed, and spacious closet. A full-bathroom is located between, with a large vanity and shower-tub combination.

Just out back your private oasis awaits! The charming courtyard is the best place to relax and unwind, or start your day. Whether your enjoying a glass of wine, or a morning cup of coffee, you'll never want to leave. You'll also have access to the private garage from the courtyard, so coming and going will always be a breeze! Once you park your car, you truly can explore Savannah by foot for the remainder of your stay. Broughton Corner is located on the East end of Broughton Street: Savannah's "main" street scattered with some of the best shopping and dining in town.

There is one private space in the private garage behind the home off of the lane. The garage can fit large SUVS, and full size sedans. All other parking in this area is on-street and metered.

FANTASTIC--My huaband and I LOVED this house. From the moment we walked in, we were so impressed and pleased. This house was everything we hoped it would be and did not dissapoint! It was very clean, spacious and perfectly situated for everything we wanted to do on Savannah. The beds were very comfortable and we looked forward to coming home to this property every night. The garage was a blessing as we had a rental car. Our stay in Savannah was faboulous thanks to Broughton Corner.

Great Location!

The combination of the location (North Historic District Savannah) and the property esthetic, makes this the best VRBO/AirB&B my family has stayed in over the past decade. This includes locations in Amsterdam, San Diego, and D.C. The communication was perfect (detailed yet simple to access) thus eliminating unnecessary back and forth. The home was not brand new but very well maintained nonetheless. Finally, a two car garage in such a high tourist area - I’m sure that saved us hundreds. Walking access to Downtown Savannah was superb. The only thing that kept us from truly maximizing the stay was Junior Olympics!Great trip/Superb VRBO Stay We highly recommended this site.

This was a lovely property, very nice decor, and well maintained. We used all three bedrooms. Each had usable storage and the beds were all very comfortable. The two full baths were upstairs with all three bedrooms. We had no maintenance issues with the items that we used. The half bath was downstairs. The one car garage was roomy even for our large SUV. The back door was a little tricky (for us) to figure out the lock but it worked fine.It was an easy walk (less than 25 min even with kids) to almost everything, in spite of the brutal August temperatures. We did not get a chance to enjoy the little courtyard but it looked very inviting. Savannah is one of my favorite little cities, in the summer there is an abundance of shade. The kids in our group enjoyed the playground at Forsythe Park & even enjoyed the market there on Saturday. On a drizzly afternoon we headed over to the Tybee Island Light Station & museum. Keep in mind that on Tybee Island, all the parking costs you & it's strictly monitored. We highly recommend taking the trolley around Savannah & of course visit the shops & restaurants on the river. The kitchen had all of the utensils, dishes, & appliances we would need. And, I was delighted to see that the kitchen's items were not just usable but of a very nice quality. No junky supplies, extra "stuff" , or extra odds & ends left behind by other guests. We even appreciated the lovely paintings & prints hanging on the walls around the house. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a family of 6; 2 of them being toddler/baby, we searched forever for a place that would comfortably sleep/house our family. We knew this may be a challenge, but we were hopeful! This house not only had the space for everyone to sleep/play/hangout, it was unbelievably clean, had the items we desired in the kitchen, and safety of the breezeway/garage. This house truly was a gem! Our kids safely played in the breezeway while waiting to load the car, utilized the back study as their car room, and allowed us the ability easily store a huge double stroller. Our flight was horribly delayed (2am) and we had the ability to add on another night with no hassle at all! Staff was beyond helpful, willing to go above/beyond to help us, and truly had the best customer service. Some of this review may seem “silly” to people without needing the extras. . People with little kids (especially those that don’t sleep and have the potential to wake the whole house), finding the right place is such a task! This is an amazing family rental/group rental! You can easily walk to the boardwalk and other shops/coffee (burrito place on the corner is the best!)/food! We loved this place and will return again!

Excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location and a very nice property. I forgot something and ataff were very responsive and helped me to get my item back. It was generally clean.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our visit to Savannah. Our accommodations were just right for us. We loved being close to River Street and the shops on Broughton. The property had a garage so we didn’t have to worry about parking. Really enjoyed the walkability of this property.

Beauty on Broughton

This property is beautifully appointed, fresh and clean. The amenities are topnotch, the kitchen and all wares are high-end and perfectly equipped for any length of stay. The location is excellent. I highly recommend this listing. The team at Lucky went above and beyond, this was an excellent experience.

This is one of the best vacation rentals we've had. The house is exactly like what is shown in the photos -- clean, modern, well-furnished. The neighborhood is nice and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Lack of basic supplies

(Paper towels, coffee (enough for one pot), 1 coffee filter, two packets of dishwashing detergent, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and tissue paper.) It was VERY inconvenient to go to the nearest grocery store (approximately 1 mile away) to purchase the basics for an extended stay without a car! It would have been nice to have a few sugar packets, powdered creamer to start our day! Very wasteful to buy regular size sugar, 200 coffee filters, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap, bath soap, shampoo etc.!!

Everything about this property was amazing, from the garage for parking, to the location. All the rooms had king size beds which is a big plus for me. This was my first trip to Savannah I love the town and will definelty be back.
