Summary:
Welcome to The Palms- A lush tropical paradise with four cottage units and a pool nestled among awe inspiring Olde Florida landscaping. Built in 1958 and renovated in 2023, these cottages maintain a charming and cozy character while also providing guests with all of the modern convenience and accessories a savvy traveler would expect in a high end vacation rental.
The Space:
Consisting of two large buildings, with two cottage units contained within each, The Palms offers guests a low-key and private setting with a private pool to boot in which to enjoy their vacation. One of the characteristics we find travelers enjoy most about The Palms is the privacy and seclusion that the resort affords them. Situated on more than 1.5 acres of resort property, guests will feel as if they have discovered a hidden island enclave, one in which they have to share with just three other traveling groups (most of which consist of just one to two travelers each). The best part of all being that The Palms is located on what is arguably the most attractive intersection on all of Sanibel Island- East Gulf and Periwinkle Way.
Cottage One at The Palms is comprised of two rooms, one large room consisting of a kitchen, bathroom, dining area and bedroom area with sleeper sofa. The other consisting of a large bedroom and second bathroom. The kitchen features modern appliances and is fully equipped and the cottage features flat screen TVs. The cottage also possesses a patio that faces a small garden and some hedges, providing guests with ample privacy. The primary bed is a queen size and the sleeper sofa features a full size pull out bed.

The Palms of Sanibel is conveniently located on Sanibel's East End, granting easy on and off island access. It is located less than a five minute walk or bike ride to the beach.

Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to the commencement of their stay.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
