Pros:Beautiful views from balconyClose proximity to beachTowels, utensils, bathroom toiletries includedSpacious condoWasher and dryer very helpful to have Cons:-Ragged bedsheets, and scratchy towels-Outdated and sunken in sofas- difficult to get out of-Leaky non functional AC unit in one bedroom- another renter mentioned the same in 2023!! Would’ve thought this was repaired!! Gave it a chance- ask questions before renting! -Poor poor poor management of property: communicated same day of arrival that air conditioners in 2/3 rooms were not functional, a quick response of “ Our team is working on getting this resolved. We will let you know once we have an update. Is there anything else I can assist you with?” Was texted back but no one ever came. Texted 5 days in a row asking for an update- but would get the same automated response. Called once and was in hold for 45 mins, once call answered received the same message from a live person, but also said he would communicate via phone with an update. Never called back. Traveled with my kids, not having the ac units functional in the rooms was not ideal at all!!! Overall it was an ok rental. If return to CR I would look elsewhere, mainly because of the non functional AC units, and poor communication by the management company. Hope this was helpful to future renters.
