The property is minutes away from day spas and natural mineral pools, wonderful for those seeking wellness.

The central location also allows easy access to Palm Springs, Coachella/Stagecoach festivals and Joshua Tree National Park for those seeking world class dining, art, sports, concerts or the wonders of a national park.

The Coachella valley is undergoing much growth and development with construction of a new stadium/concert venue near Palm Desert that will bring even more year round festivities to the area. In addition residential developments are occurring throughout. The lot behind our desert retreat is under construction with noise limited to city allowed construction hours. Please take note of this if you are looking to book weekdays, prices have been reduced to account for this.

*****The spa is controlled remotely to ensure its operation does not interfere with the pool filtration system. Please let us know when you'd like to turn on the spa and we can set it on a timer for you!

*****Please note that cancellations within the refund window will refund the rental and cleaning fee but the service fee and credit card processing fees are always NONREFUNDABLE as we get charged those fees regardless!

BEDROOM ACCOMMODATIONS:

Enjoy your getaway in this spacious 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house (1600 sqft) with a large newly renovated backyard.

Get restful sleep during your getaway on luxurious memory foam mattresses. Smart TV's throughout the residence allow you to access all of your favorite streaming app accounts or just stream from your phone!

LIVING AREAS:

Large dining table for your mealtime gatherings. Open concept kitchen and spacious kitchen island with additional seating allow plenty of space for enjoying cooking and interior dining. Fully stocked kitchen for your convenience to prepare your meals in the comfort of the home. Enjoy a brand new stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher.

Open living room area with large smart TV. Comfortable reading nook and bar seating provide a place for everyone. Access the pool from the living/dining area to round out a lovely indoor/outdoor experience.

OUTDOOR ACCOMMODATIONS:

Soak in the sun while relaxing next to the modern salt water pool and spa. Pool/spa heating is available during winter months for an additional fee of $75/night (80 deg F, 2 night minimum), please request at the time of booking. In an effort to host in an environmentally friendly manner, the pool pump will be run during evening hours only during the hottest months of the year (May-Sept) to comply with local energy use recommendations. The water temperature during these months is warm and comfortable during the day and will still allow full enjoyment of the pool.

Large poolside pergola. Pool side turf allows additional space for relaxation, yoga or meditation. Corn hole set available for your enjoyment (stored in the garage).

Spacious backyard perfect for al fresco dining while taking in the beautiful views of hills and sunsets. Additional full set of outdoor-safe dinnerware provided so you can truly relax and enjoy your pool side experience without a worry.

You'll have access to the entire property including the garage and fully gated private backyard. The only space not accessible is the linen closet in the master bedroom.

DESERT ATTRACTIONS:

Outside you'll find a quiet residential neighborhood with expansive desert and mountain views. Grocery stores located conveniently near by. Hiking trails in the foothills within walking distance.

Our property is located at the foothills outside of Palm Springs in an area that offers natural mineral baths, hot and cold springs, called the "Spa Zone". Multiple Spa amenities located less than 5 minutes away from this house that offer access the healing spring waters: The Spring Day Spa, Hacienda Hot Springs, Living Waters Spa, and Two Bunch Palms. The house has convenient hiking trails within walking distance and is near the Mission Lakes Country Club which offers golfing amenities.

Our central location in the valley allows easy access to all the attractions that draw visitors to this region. Everything is accessible with a 20-30 minute drive! Highlights include: Coachella and Stagecoach festivals, downtown Palm Springs, Morongo casino, Agua Caliente Casino, Joshua Tree National Park, Cabazon Outlets, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, La Quinta Polo and PGA Golf amenities and world famous competitions. New stadium being built as well within a 20 minute drive that will offer year round sporting and concert events.

Private garage available for guest parking.

Keyless entry provided for security and convenience. Please note similar to hotels, recording 24/7 security cameras are present along the exterior property boundaries including the side yard, driveway, front door and mounted on the pergola with a view of the back alley.
