Coziest A-Frame In The Woods

This comfy 3 Bedroom 2 baths A-frame cabin is located in Munds Park, AZ. This beautiful, residential, safe "Mayberry like" community is 20 minutes south of Flagstaff, 40 minutes south of Snow Bowl, 45 minutes from Sedona, and 1 hour 45 minutes from Grand Canyon. Munds Park has 3 restaurants, a convenience store, 4 wheeler rentals, Lake O'Dell, hiking trails, and beautiful quiet streets to stroll.
The space
Our cabin is unique as it is one of the few A-Frames with AC/Heat. This cabin was just remodeled and everything is brand new! Kitchen is well stocked with all the basic cooking necessities. We are far enough away from the freeway so there isn’t any road noise.
Guest access
You have the whole entire cabin to yourself. Parking for multiple vehicles including trailer parking on property.
Other things to note
- The roads are plowed regularly during the winter season, however we suggest you drive a car with AWD/4WD/4X4.
- Our driveway is plowed within 24 hours of snowfall, in the evenings. If any problems arise don't hesitate to contact us.
- There is one external camera facing the front door for security reasons.
- The home sleeps a total of 11 guests.

Great Munds Park

Great property in a great location. Second year in a row we rented this cabin because it is updated, clean and well maintained. Modern amenities, great outdoor space and in a quiet location close to hiking trails.

Great Snowy Getaway

We had a great time! The house is a darling but modern A Frame decorated very nicely. The kitchen was perfect and well equipped. Can't wait to come back in the Summer.

Perfect Cabin Get-away

Our family had a delightful time in the adorable A-frame in the woods! It was clean and cozy and comfy for all. We enjoyed sledding right on the property and lots of snowmen building. Definitely planning on returning for a new Family Tradition!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin. The description and pictures are exactly what you get. It’s an updated cabin with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The beds are very comfortable, too! The owner is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

Christmas in February

Our second stay at the Cozy A-Frame. A new tradition for the family and this year we celebrated Christmas together. Snow plowers came and made the arrival of late arrivals safe and easy. Love our perfect get-away. Very comfy, all needs met and will definitely be returning!

Munds Park A-Frame

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy. Owner was speedy with communication. Would stay here again! Make sure you grab your food supplies before you get there. Nearest grocery store is in Flagstaff. (25 min).

Best deck in Munds!

This beautifully decorated cabin has everything you need for a getaway! We immediately fell in love with the perfectly cozy living room, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds… but the oversized deck stole us away! It was just perfect for enjoying coffee (actually we ate most meals outside) listening to happy bird sounds and enjoying the cool breeze! A slice of heaven in Munds! The owners are so responsive and sweet to share this gem. We are already planning to return!

Soo cute!!

The cabin was so cute, its only a short distance from a lake to go fishing!!! 25 minutes from flagstaff and 40 from sedona!! I felt like we had the full az run around to check out new locations and shops. The kids had a blast!! The neighborhood is very quiet so I think we did some whispering 🤣 The place is legit overall so comfy, the landlord was easy to keep in contact with to.so relaxing and we are already planning another trip!

Couldn’t have been happier!

I booked this spot for my family to celebrate my dad going away on a new adventure & it was such a perfect home for it. Eight of us adults fit comfortably. Everyone was back & forth from the kitchen to the porch so having the pocket doors open & available during the day was divine! And in the evening everyone loved hanging around the kitchen playing card games & Jenga. It’s exactly the reason I booked this space. Every single thing after that was a bonus. To the cleanliness, Shawn’s prompt communication, all the needed kitchen utensils, the comfort/ coziness, the location, etc. It would be a place I’d 100% re-book and make it a tradition. So grateful for Shawn offering this home for families to make memories in! Thank you!!
