You will truly enjoy this Sedona home for your next Sedona getaway. This home is spectacular. It is located less than a mile to hiking trails and to Highway 89A offering shopping, restaurants, and more. And, best of all, you will be surrounded by stunning red rock views.

This home offers one level of living with a split floor plan. It offers 2200 Square feet of luxury living space with one Master and two bedrooms with two bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests in comfort.

Living room: The living room has contemporary furnishings, a Smart TV, a warm and coy gas fireplace, and surrounded by windows for an abundance of natural light and stunning views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking any meal you might want to plan and enjoy with a large dining table.

Host were extremely accommodating during our stay and the location was centrally located in Sedona. The house is very well maintained with great art work and furnishings. For sure, this is the cleanest place we have ever rented and look forward to staying again.

Property was exactly as described. Lots of room with vaulted ceilings gave the house a nice airy feeling. There were only three of us, but I can see a group of six also having plenty of room. Neighborhood is PRIME with the Coffee Pot trailhead a block or two away. Quiet, upscale street, but one minute from grocery stores, Starbucks, cute breakfast place, etc.Would definitely book again!Maria was super to communicate with and

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. The deck and view was an added bonus. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. Maria is a great host.

We chose this home because of its convenient location, the price, and the fact that it had three KING bedrooms. It was a delightful rental and we thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Casa Pony Soldier. This home was immaculate and was well-supplied; linens were great quality and ample. The showers were great and we had abundant hot water and water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped for everyday cooking. Our hosts were extremely responsive when we had a couple of minor issues.We would rent this home again!

Lovely Stay

We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and the location was great! Maria was easy to communicate with and always available. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Location, location, location...

Phenomenal location! Tremendously comfortable and so so well appointed. The hosts were communicative, friendly, and so accommodating. When we return to Sedona we will not have to search for a place; this is it. If it is not available, we'd rather change dates than not stay here. THANK YOU!

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Sedona. The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The view from the living room was amazing. We enjoyed many chats on the sofa overlooking the red rocks as well as early morning coffee on the deck. Maria, who checked in on us throughout our stay, was stellar. She was on it for anything we requested or needed clarification for. She definitely added to the ease of our stay. This is where we’ll stay whenever we’re back in town.

Wonderful house in a very peaceful setting

The moment you enter the house you feel the peaceful energy. Very tastefully decorated, and the furnishings and artwork compliment the nature of the place. Centrally located to all the main attractions and hiking trails, but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Several nice balcony’s to enjoy coffee or tea outside. A welcome binder provides you with all you need to know, and Maria the owner was very helpful as well. Highly recommend this place

Awesome Sedona home!

The property was gorgeous and had deck with nice view of mountains. Neighborhood was quiet and fast access to everything, from stores to the trailheads. The host was very communicative and invested in us having a good experience. Everything in the home was high quality, including very nice beds and kitchenware. The fireplace was awesome on cold nights. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Sedona.

Great home in quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed this home. It was in a great location for getting around town, and in a nice quite neighborhood. The home was supplied very well with everything needed in the kitchen (plenty of dishes, silverware, and glassware). The some is spacious and the furniture was very comfy. Little things a lot of times not included in rentals were there as well (laundry supplies, paper products, etc.) We were very happy that we chose this home and would recommend it.

Mother Daughter Hiking Trip

We did a little get away for mother-daughter time. Looked forward to hiking in the morning, winery in afternoon and a nice dinner. The trip was a huge success. The Luxury West Sedona house was the icing on the cake. Beautiful home, nice side deck and a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for returning to after hiking. Maria was a terrific hostess. Highly recommend.

West Sedona Haven

This is one of our top favorite rentals of all time. It comes fully equipped with all the amenities that you need in a home. The kitchen had sharp knives, decent pots and pans, crockpot, great dinnerware, etc.The grill was spotless, and back deck was comfortable. The views of coffee pot from the porch, master bedroom and living room were fantastic. We loved having a cup of coffee next to the fire in the living room and admiring the view.We never contacted the host, because everything was truly thought of. Highly recommend this home, and we will stay here again for sure!

Husbands 50th Birthday Trip

The house is beautiful! Close to uptown! We stayed with my parents and were very comfortable with an extra bedroom to spare. We both had king beds unheard of! You had a view of the beautiful coffee pot rock formation from the large picture window in the living room. The homeowners thought of everything, we needed nothing! We could walk to the sugar loaf trail from the home. We arrived early and they were able to get the home ready for us early. There are spas, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment near by. We will book here again!

Loved this Sedona house

Our family stay at this house in Sedona for Easter weekend. It was spacious, clean, modern, well decorated and conveniently located. Maria was a great host who checked with us to see how things were going and if we needed anything. Next time we visit Sedona, I hope this house is available.

My family lineage goes as far back as when Jerome was a booming copper town. I grew up here and raised my two kids in this very home. We recently renovated and converted this home into a vacation rental. We truly hope you enjoy our home as much as we have.
