Sleep soundly on plush beds, prepare trail snacks in the kitchenette, and admire mountain views from the window. Along with ski-in, ski-out privileges, the resort offers all-season mountain fun with heated pools, hot tubs, cross-country ski trails, and a stocked fishing pond. Experience top-tier relaxation in the luxurious on-site spa, which was ranked among the top five in the country by Conde Nast. Explore the scenic nature trail skirting the resort or the nearby Truckee River Bike Trail. 10 minutes away, gorgeous Lake Tahoe presents a picturesque setting for boating and paddleboarding.

Watch your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen TV. A desk provides space to check emails or write postcards. The kitchenette includes a Keurig coffee maker, a mini-fridge, an insulated ice bucket, and a toaster. This studio sleeps four guests between two queen beds in the sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Visitor Valet $40/hr,
Visitor Self parking $30/hr.

Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
