Red Sky Ranch House on 32 Acres with 270° Views!

A must see Hill Country Estate! Great hilltop setting with majestic hill country 270 degree views. The house was designed from an original 1880's barn from upstate New York. Built primarily of pine and hemlock timbers and beams. The 5 Star Energy efficient house was designed with a Texas Tuscan style and includes huge picture windows to soak in the gorgeous views from every room. 15 Minutes from all Wimberley attractions.

Additionally, you'll share the property with two of our newest longhorns!

We are located just down the road from the property. If anything comes up during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact me.

We absolutely had a wonderful time and this location was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved being able to enjoy sunrises and sunset and obviously the longhorns that blessed us twice with their appearance. Out in the middle of nowhere it seemed but still close enough to make it into town within 20 min. Will plan to stay in this home in the future.

What can I say - if solitude is what you seek, then this is the destination for you. Hill top location with 270-degree views of the Texas hill country and peace and quiet beyond compare. The jeep trail that traverses the property boundaries was perfect for walking our dog, not to mention the small herd of free-range Long Horn cattle that strolled by the house a couple of times as well as the deer and other wildlife was a wonderful bonus. Last, but certainly not least, the views at night were breath taking given the number of stars you can see sitting by the firepit or observing from the deck.

Great getaway

House and property were as advertised. Very relaxing out on upper deck/balcony. Will definitely book this property again.

Wonderful Hill Country Views

The house is away from noise and distractions of the city. The views are incredible of the hill country and have a small herd of longhorns that visit each day. The house is setup well for a family of four and the porch is awesome for a mid day nap or gathering as a family for games. Great spot

Beautiful views and sunsets.

This home was extraordinary. Modern conveniences and old world charm all in one. The wrap around porch was perfect for having an evening glass of wine and viewing the tequila sunsets. The longhorn cattle visit made this trip even more special. If you go here...walk the perimeter of the yard to see if you can find the head of Venus. All in all, I give this place a 10 plus.

Great Post-Christmas Retreat to the Country

We rented this property as a post Christmas trip. We live in suburbs, so this was an amazing place to get away from it all. We loved the trail around the property, the big deck, and the wide open space. We had a group of 6, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The speaker tub upstairs was amazing, and the shower downstairs was awesome. Go here if you want to unplug, enjoy the people you're with and have stunning views of the horizon every morning and evening. The firepit was HUGE and the boys had fun gathering wood up to burn. Jeff was easy to access for questions, and super nice. We would def return to this amazing place.

Amazing Property!

This place was just what we were looking for! This home is well taken care of, comfortable, and provides lots of space to explore and enjoy the outdoors. We loved walking the trail around the property in the daytime and in the evenings we sat around the fire pit creating memories.

Great Weekend Stay

Stellar, we came up for my daughter's homecoming weekend and wanted to stay. I choose this location off of VRBO which met me and my family requirements. I spoke with Jeff the owner, who was very accommodating during our stay. I will return to this property in the future.
