Paradise Point on Panther Pond

Need a break from your hectic schedule? Time to re-energize, unwind and leave all your stresses behind? This beautiful lake front home is just the answer. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space and build lasting memories. Panther Pond is a pristine lake with boat access.

Our lakefront home has 170' of water frontage with a dock that has a ladder for easy access to the lake. The elevated wrap around deck has a gas grill and outdoor seating for 6. Enjoy the beautiful brick walkout patio which has additional outdoor seating including 2 picnic tables and Adirondack chairs. While you settle down at night by the outdoor fire-pit you can enjoy cooking over wood. You are never far from having a great view of the lake. This two-bedroom home can be your personal paradise.

On the main floor, you will find the spacious open living room, the kitchen, with island, and the adjacent dining area which seats 6. On the main floor is bedroom #1 with full size bunkbeds (top bunk weight limit is 150 lbs), closet and dresser. The main floor bathroom has a jetted tub.
Off the main entry stairs lead to the lofted master bedroom with an amazing view of the lake. The sunrise views will be stunning. This bedroom includes a queen bed, desk, and two dresser.

In the daylight lower level there is a sitting area with TV, bedroom #2 down with a queen bed, and closet. The second bathroom has a stand-up shower. The utility room hosts the washer and dryer.

There is high speed internet and smart tv’s for streaming your shows. Guests are welcome to use their passwords to stream content and/or bring you Roku/Apple TV's.

There are unlimited options for you to enjoy outdoors at the lake such as fishing, kayaking, rowboat, hiking, swimming, long walks, a good old fashion lobster bake.

Explore the Lakes Region, hit the local night spots, or play mini golf. You will find Portland and beaches a 30 minute drive. The White Mountains are nearby where you will find the fall foliage stunning.. Three ski resorts, Shawnee Peak, Lost Valley, and Sunday River are within an hour.

Fantastic property

Beautiful, clean lake… amazing, clean house with everything you needed. Incredible location on the corner with a small lawn for games/kids but right on the water. Unbelievable views of the water throughout the house. Crystal and Buzz were great hosts!

September Stay At Panther Pond

We attended a wedding at a camp on the north end of the lake, and this home provided us an opportunity to spend time as a family in proximity to events. We were able to swim and kayak, even kayaking across the lake several times. It’s a beautiful home and we would come back again.

Ideal location

Beautiful property with lots of comfortable outside seating. When in the house, it feels like your on a boat - water views from every window in main living area. Fishing off the dock, kayaks and floats on a beautiful pond. Such a perfect spot to gather with friends/ family and enjoy lake life. We created beautiful memories.

This place is lovely and cozy for families and friends. My group enjoyed our stay there. Only a 40 minute drive to Portland, which has amazing food and activities to do. Also the lake behind the house was amazing and fun to do many water activities

Wonderful views, fabulous lake, clean home that had everything we needed…..this was a super vacation! Kayaking, swimming, and just relaxing on the lake was the perfect retreat!
