LIVING AREA

A 70in smart TV sets the scene for at-home movie nights in the family room. A plush sleeper sofa is included among the all-new furnishings. Light the wood-burning fireplace for extra allure.

KITCHEN & DINING

The modern kitchen is equipped with quality stainless steel appliances, including Thermador double ovens and a six-burner gas range. Use the cocktail set to prepare delicious drinks then serve them at the kitchen bar for three.

When you're ready to eat, gather around the table for eight in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the family room.

Sleep soundly on a king bed in the primary suite, complete with a desk -- a great space for remote work or online school. In the morning, sip coffee on the balcony. The sparkling en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedrooms both have a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The private hot tub invites you to unwind in the fenced backyard. Prepare dinner on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the covered table for six. The gas heat lamp creates extra comfort for mealtimes.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Firewood is provided during cold weather months (October-March).

Parking is available for three cars (one in the garage and two in the driveway).

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No weddings, parties, or events can be held on-site.

Drive 10 minutes to Chalk Hill Road to find a plethora of local wineries. For hiking, drive 5 minutes to Shiloh Ranch Regional Park or 25 minutes to Trione-Annadel State Park.

Just a 15-minute trip from home, head north to Healdsburg for world-class wineries and restaurants, or head south to downtown Santa Rosa, home to wonderful restaurants and the Railroad Square Historic District.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
