★ PETS: Sorry NO pets allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $200 per pet or more.

★ NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. The county prohibits amplified outside noise. Please keep the music/conversation down during the daytime and evening.

★ QUIET HOURS: Please head back in the house between 9 PM and 7 AM. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Quiet Hours are mandated by Sonoma County and breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.

★ SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in this home. This will result in a fine of $200 or more.

★ PARKING: There are 2 open parking spaces.

★ OUTDOOR FIRES: No outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed based on county regulations.
