Newly Remodeled Waterfront Retreat~Amazing Views~Steps to the Beach

Welcome to your luxury condo in Clearwater Beach! This 3 bd/3 full bath non-smoking, top-floor unit is located in the heart of south Clearwater Beach with a private balcony overlooking the intracoastal waterway and an easy 1.5 block walk to the beach. No need for a car during your stay as dining, entertainment, and the famous Pier 60 are all within walking distance!

We rent Saturday to Saturday. Please contact the property manager if you wish to book during a different time frame. Discounts for month-long rentals.

About the Space:

Sun Haven is an 1800-sq ft condo that sleeps 7. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and separate dining area along with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

Our condo is located on the top floor of the building with the best views of the harbor! Enjoy complimentary coffee on your private balcony overlooking the marina where you are guaranteed to see dolphins, and if you're very lucky, a manatee or two.

About the rooms: The primary suite includes a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom complete with two vanities, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and water closet. Plenty of storage space is provided with the walk-in closet and dresser drawers. The room has a flat-screen TV and direct access to the balcony.

The second bedroom includes a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and a connecting bathroom with tub/shower combo. The bathroom also opens to the hallway.

The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a standing shower.

Sun Haven recently underwent a major refresh that includes new paint, furniture, kitchen countertops, linens, bedding, and brand new beach equipment! No need to rent chairs and umbrellas during your stay. We provide you with all the necessities for the perfect beach day including cooler, chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and towels.

Conveniently located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, our condo is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightly entertainment. You don't need to drive, but should you choose to, you have a reserved spot underneath of the building.

The building includes a gated entry and private pool overlooking the marina.

We had a wonderful stay at Sun Haven!! They say location is everything, and this is in a great location!! The condo is very spacious, in spotless condition, and the decor is spot on. The balcony is great for relaxing and watching the dolphins on the intercoastal, and the beach is right across the street. We didn't even need a car, everything is within walking distance, or you can hop on a trolley. We love Clearwater Beach and have been vacationing there for the last 5 years. We have already booked Sun Haven for next year and will be staying there for many years to come. The owners are super accommodating. Book your vacation at Sun Haven, you won't be disappointed!!

What a perfect spot for a winter vacation! The view from the deck was spectacular. The pool is a little small but that didn't stop is from enjoying it. We do wish there was an outside hot tub but other than that the location was perfect; plenty of room in the living areas & the bedrooms. Having 3 bathrooms was a game changer & allowed us too have our son & his wife down for a few days. There was plenty of beach stuff & it was nice to have some spices; oil, vinegar, etc. Aain place. (We added to the collection). Washer & dryer were huge. Check-in was flawless. Trolley stops almost in front of the door. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Clearwater Beach. Can't wait to go back next year!
