Gorgeous floor-to-ceiling detailing shines in the open-concept living room. Find plenty of comfy seating beneath vaulted ceilings; settle in for movie night on the 47in TV, complete with a DVD player. A gas fireplace with stone hearth adds ambience on cool nights.
The loft area on the second floor is the perfect spot for an afternoon read.
KITCHEN & DINING
A full suite of stainless steel appliances await in the well-equipped kitchen. A gas range and ample granite counter space make meal preparation a breeze. A wine fridge, coffee maker, and Keurig machine are also available.
Four can keep the chef company at the large kitchen bar. When it's time to eat, share family-style meals at the table for six in the open-concept dining area.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story condo sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms.
Spiral stairs lead to the second-floor master bedroom, detailed with a king-size bed, reading chair, and a 37in TV. The en-suite master bathroom features a beautifully tiled tub/shower combination. This bathroom is also accessible via a half bath off the loft.
The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and desk.
Downstairs, the third bedroom holds a pair of twin-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has another king-size bed. Both first-floor bedrooms have access to the deck. The guest bathroom on this floor has a sparkling walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Take in lovely water views from your wraparound deck. Built-in bench seating and a dining table round out this serene outdoor space.
The lawn leads right up to the waterfront, where there's shared access to horseshoe pits and a private pier.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and assigned parking for one car in the outdoor lot adjacent to the unit.
Although the condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Lake Tahoe's mild summer weather and lake breeze.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

In winter months, venture 7.4 miles to Diamond Peak Ski Resort or 14.4 miles to Mt. Rose.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
