Pros: The location is great about a 4 minute drive to town, and an easy walk and cute neighborhood. Allows for 2 dogs under 50 lbs.The fireplace is cute! Furniture is comfortable and blankets smelled fresh. Heat and cooling and fans work great. Cons: the host only offers 2 towels and one hand towel in the bathroom which is odd if we stayed 4 days. We were asked to bring our own towels if we needed more which feels odd of a stay. Towels should be provided. The location isn’t very private as it is one of three small stays on about a half acre of land with 3 stats and 3 parking by spots The cars need to pass this stay which is on the drive way, cars can see right in if you want to have the curtains open for natural light as the small star can feel dark. There was a day where cleaning crews for another stay were there for about 4 hours back and forth and it felt odd or have our windows open and was loud. Things weren’t especially clean. The bathroom ceiling has fly poop on it and in the corners (low ceiling as well so I was closer than I wanted to bel). There were dead flies in the glass lamp in the living room. The curtains in the living room had some rust colored stains which hopefully was not blood. The fireplace chimney hadn’t been cleaned in while so at times smoke came in (with no user error). I brought this up to the host after the stay to not rate them poorly but they didn’t even have the courtesy to respond.
