Cozy place for a weekend stay

This was a very clean place to stay after long days out visiting and exploring. Everything was very comfortable and the host was very quick with replies to any questions. Thank you for letting us stay in our cozy in-law apartment!

Was fine; had basic supplies in kitchen for our needs as we were out early am and back late most days. Was clean. The sofa couch for an extra sleeping spot worked but getting worn down in my opinion. Most early mornings and evenings were fairly noisy above us but was manageable. Tenant was responsive to my questions when asked. Neighborhood was packed with cars but we didn’t have issues with parking in front area of house. Floor fans were nice as it did get a little warm in the rooms. The city was pretty easy to get around in vs some of larger cities nearby; ocean beaches 1/2 hour to 45 min from there was nice too.

Just enough!!

My husband and I really enjoyed this home. It had just enough space for the time that we needed. Everything is updated very clean and we will stay again if we’re ever in this area again.

Everything was as pictured. I thought there was a pull out, but there wasn’t. Luckily we had the air mattress. The parking was a little weird, bc it was on the street and the spot they said to park in was right on the corner so I felt like my car would get hit. Unit was clean. My bed was comfortable. It was nice having a full kitchen.

Very nice place. Very convenient to get to NY and Nj cities. Free street Parking, had a great weekend stay there for my Wife birthday. The place is very comfortable, Spotless and also the kitchen had everything to cook and also plates for us to eat. Would DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!! Thank you For having Us.

Great Place

Property was clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. I had a rental car and so they left me a spot on the driveway to park as I had inquired about parking on the street which concerned me. Although I spoke only once to Wilbur when I was checking out to let him know I was leaving, he answered right away.

Clean and Cozy

We stayed for a weekend to attend a wedding. The apartment was absolutely immaculate, smelled nice, and well stocked of everything that might be needed, and then some. Having a place to park was a major plus. The neighborhood itself seemed very family friendly; lots of schools nearby, kids playing outside, ice cream trucks.. cozy. A short 5 minute drive and we had a nice selection of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. Our host, Wilber, although we never met in person, was so welcoming. Could not have asked for a better stay, would definitely recommend.

Wedding weekend

As for the apartment it was very very clean. The pictures were very accurate. The problem was it was under the top floor of the host’s house. Therefore, when someone was up in that room above us, you could hear every step they took, and it was very loud and noisy, and it was like they never slept because it went on all night. Also, there was no hot water. The water was basically lukewarm. There was no air-conditioning thermostat, so it got very warm in there and we had no way to turn it down, but like I said, the apartment was very nice. It was very clean and it was well stocked. I didn’t like that we had to park in the road especially since we were driving a rental car.

It was a separate apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with enough street parking. The neighborhood itself has a small town feel while still being accessible to a lot. This apartment is on the first floor of a home. Upstairs, there were kids running around (although it wasn't an all night occurrence). The bed wasn't the best and neither was the couch.All that said, i just wanted to leave the city for a weekend without spending too much money or going somewhere inconveniently far. I would stay here again.
