Bay La Launch: Two Bed / One Bath House

Beautiful two bedroom, one bath home in the Bear Point Community of Orange Beach that is pet friendly and has a driveway large enough for parking your boat! The house has a covered front porch overlooking the main road that goes to Bear Point Marina that is equipped with rocking chairs, deck lights and a 50” outdoor Roku TV— a great space for having morning coffee or hanging out with friends and loved ones. The back porch has an outdoor table that seats four and both a gas and charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and kitchenware to make your stay more comfortable should you desire to cook at home during your vacation. The living room has both a couch and loveseat, a 50” Roku TV, and a workspace/desk with a computer monitor as well. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a washer and dryer.
This home is perfect for mid or long term stays.

The front porch also has a 50” Roku Smart TV.
The back yard has a 4 person patio table as well as both a gas grill and charcoal grill.
There is a ring doorbell camera at both the front door and back door. Both are non voice recording.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom has a queen bed.
Guest Bedroom has two twin beds.
Full length mirror in both bedrooms.
Power strips at the base of each nightstand to charge all of your devices.

Bathroom:
No plug in outlet by bathroom sink but each bedroom has full length mirrors with available power outlets.
Towels, hand towels, and wash cloths included.

Living room has a couch and love seat.

There is a 50” Roku TV in living room.

Work from home ready. There is a desk in the living room with an extra computer monitor (HDMI Cable ready to plug into computer/laptop).
