One of the home's most unique features is the private mother-in-law suite, complete with its own entrance and kitchenette featuring a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and double hot plate. Wake up with coffee overlooking the canal before launching one of the included kayaks into Perdido Bay. Spend the afternoon grilling fresh seafood, enjoying outdoor dining, playing cornhole, relaxing in the hammock beneath the trees, or gathering around the fire pit as the sun goes down.



For anglers and boaters, you'll appreciate the private dock, dedicated boat slip, and quick access to the water. Galvez Landing Boat Ramp is located just 0.1 miles away, making launching your boat fast and convenient. There's also ample parking for boat trailers and RVs.

Swimming from the property or private dock is not allowed and is strongly discouraged. Guests should use the waterfront for boating, kayaking, and fishing only and exercise caution around the water at all times. Children and pets should be closely supervised near the shoreline and dock.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the home, including all living spaces, the backyard, and waterfront amenities. Enjoy the private dock, kayaks, fire pit area, and outdoor setup designed for relaxing and entertaining.



The garage is available for guest use, and there is plenty of parking on-site, including space for boat trailers and RVs.



Guests will also have access to the private boat slip at the dock. Please note, the boat shown in photos is not included.



The mother-in-law suite is fully accessible to guests and offers a private entrance with its own kitchenette. Access to this suite requires climbing stairs.



Entry to the home is provided via a keypad for a smooth and contactless check-in experience.
