We do allow pets and our cleaner works hard to thoroughly clean but if you have a dog allergy you may not want to book.

You will love that from the living room you see water as if you are in a floating house. Great nights on the wrap around deck in the fenced in yard with a fire or cozy up next to the wood buring fire place-

pool table, Dartboard games

Updates throughout! All new floors, most rooms painted, new double oven, dishwasher.

Enjoy a day in the water, fishing, swimming and enjoying nature. Have a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise on the oversized wrap around deck. Within 15 miles of many wineries and Breweries and 30 minutes to Lake Michigan Beaches. Enjoy the pool table and fire place.
Second Bedroom has Queen size bunk beds great for adults or kids.
There is a seawall that is 24 inches to 40inches that is not safe for small children to be unattended near.


Two kayaks and paddle boat free to use.
Pontoon for rent

Pets are case by case basis please ask first :) This is dog friendly- Please understand we clean as much as we can but it is impossible to get every piece of hair

The pontoon boat was our favorite, in the future I would spend an evening in Paw Paw since its so close. Lake life at its best.

We had a great stay for our anniversary! We loved that we were able to bring our pups with us and that they had provided extra blankets, bowls, and mats for them! The place is beautiful with everything you could need for a relaxing, fun vacation. The pontoon boat is definitely worth it, we loved the boat rides and floating in the middle of the lake! The house provided beautiful views throughout and there were many options for sitting areas along the deck! Even if you get a rainy day there’s plenty to do inside with the pool table, darts, and games! Hoping to return again next year!!

It’s a really nice , big and comfortable property. Host was available and we spoke twice. He directed us to a fantastic restaurant five minutes from the house. Our dog was happy and had a safe fenced in area to explore and do his business. The home sits on Cedar Lake with a pier and area to dock your water craft. Pontoon boat was available for rent. No down side to this rental., We will return.Mike , Kathryn and Dexter

The host was very attentive. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, kitchen utensils, you name it! Tons of places to sit outside. The kids loved the firepit for s’mores. The house had lots of dog fences (I was terrified when we first arrived )until I explored more. Truly enjoyed our time.

Perfect place to stay with dogs! Great set up! Being right on the lake made the views phenomenal during the day and night! Definitely recommend renting the pontoon to get the view of the whole lake! Definitely looking forward to our next visit at this awesome lake house!

Wonderful home right on the lake with beautiful views. The Pontoon boat was an added bonus and the kayaks and paddleboard which we hope to use our next visit. The house was equipped with everything we needed and communication with Ryan was quick and easy. Next visit will be longer!

Lake house stay on Big Cedar Lake

We had a great stay. The house had a lot of space for us to visit with our family along with a pool table which was a nice bonus. Great views of the lake, and plenty of outdoor gathering spots. Also plenty of activities to do on the water.

Everything was super. Ryan left check in details, the kitchen facilities were the best we have had. I’m glad we rented the pontoon boat, as we used it daily. We had an excellent stay.

Ryan was professional friendly and helpful. Had one minor problem with the tv and he was right there to fix it. The view of the lake is excellent. Great fishing. New appliances and boat launch was right down the street.

Thoughtfully Appointed House Right on the Water

We really enjoyed our stay. The host is quite helpful, communicative, and thoughtful. The house is actually a bit bigger than appears in the photos. We rented the pontoon, used the grill, and enjoyed sitting outside. We fished from both the pontoon and the dock. We also tied the provided raft to the pontoon so we could use while swimming in the lake. Our dog loved the stay also!

Memorial Day Weekend Trip

We had a great time staying at this house! Plenty to do both inside and outside of the home. Definitely recommend the pontoon rental if your budget allows! Ryan did a great job communicating everything with us and was very accommodating. Would definitely consider coming back!

Lovely Lake Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our short stay on this lovely lake getaway. From the cozy house to the beautiful view overlooking the lake - it was the perfect place to recharge and relax. The highlight for our family was the time we spent in the water or in the pontoon. Ryan (host) was exceedingly responsive and helpful to any questions or needs that we had.

Family gat away at the lake

This property was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for need for our stay. We had fun relaxing on the pontoon boat, playing games, sitting on the deck, playing pool, and watching a movie together. It was also nice to be able to bring our dog, who enjoyed the stay too. He had his own little area in the fenced in yard.
