Relaxing little oasis

My stay was absolutely perfect! Patrick and Chad were extremely welcoming and communicative. The place was quaint and surrounded by gorgeous flowers it felt very private. It was exceptionally clean and very cozy. It was so incredibly wonderful. I will definitely be back!!

Hard to top what others have said, but glad I had read the reviews to find this listing. Exactly as described/pictured. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean property. Gardens and lake view are serene and gorgeous. Sat under the pergola during the rain, fished from the pier, and enjoyed dinner across the street. Also enjoyed briefly meeting our hosts. Great weekend all around!!

A great weekend on fish lake!

Chad and Patrick were excellent hosts! Their place was perfect for us to spend the weekend with family. Their garden is truly impressive and so beautiful! We loved that the lake was just steps outside the sliding doors. Would totally recommend staying here for anyone looking for a fun lake getaway!

My Wife and I just spent 5days at this beautiful lake house ,in MI.Our hosts Chad and Patrick made sure we had everything we could have possibly needed,even farm fresh eggs.They provided us with kayaks which we used every day..The lake was also incredible with amazing views .everywhere you looked.We even saw a couple of eagles. All in all it was the most relaxing vacation we ever took and this spot we highly recommend.

Lovely lakeside stay

My daughter and I had a very nice, comfortable week long stay at this lakeside cottage-type apartment while my daughter attended tennis camp close by. The hosts were very responsive, warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the Rock restaurant right across the street a couple nights, and many of the hosts’ other restaurant recommendations. The lake is what makes this a true gem, and you can enjoy the view from the beautiful deck with plenty of seating and the hosts’ magnificent gardening/flowers. The sunsets over the lake are breathtaking. Would love to come back.

Class Reunion

This was a perfect property to stay while attending my class reunion. Lodging was clean, everything was in working order, and description of what all was included and it's appearance was all true. I found the queen bed to be a little on the soft side, but, however, I do like a firm mattress. Plenty of comfortable seating and eating area throughout the rental. Great kitchen. The lake was lovely, with beach access, swimming, kayaks, paddle boat, and perfect location for a beautiful sunset. Great private outdoor seating. Gardening around the home was beautiful. I found the hosts friendly and accessible if needed. I do not hesitate to recommend this VRBO and I will definitely stay again when the opportunity arises.

Clean and cozy

We enjoyed our stay! My 6 year old slept in the arm chair that laid flat. My 11 year old slept in the futon. The VRBO had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy. There’s a lot of decorations so if you have toddlers you’ll need to do a baby proofing sweep before your toddlers roam. Our kids aren’t toddlers though and we didn’t break any decor. The view is amazing. The garden is 5 star. The beach is small but well kept. Our boys didn’t swim because it was cold but they splashed around a bit. The reason we booked this VRBO is because it included 2 kayaks and a paddle boat. Next time we go we will rent a boat to see the lake and fish more! We caught a blue gill fish from the dock. We saw a water snake and swan too! Nearest gas station is 5 minutes. Nearest grocery store and drive thru is 25 minutes away. We went to Walmart, Meijer, Wendy’s, and The Rock Restaurant when we were there. The owners live above the apartment and we hardly heard them walking around. the roku tv was great when it rained and we watched Netflix

Great Getaway

My husband and i stayed for a couple days for a quick get away. Such a cozy comfy place. Great job of decor and so clean. Property manager was there to greet us and show us around. Wasn't able to use the lake toys they offered (kayaks and pedal boat) due to the weather but maybe next time since we most likely will stay again some time.

Excellent property and people

Greeted promptly and pleasantly by owner. Shown the property, answered all questions (few in number), and welcomed inside. Owner helped with TV setup so no issues later. Rock restaurant across the street was very good. Nice and relaxed place to walk in the neighborhood also.
