Amazing, quiet, cozy 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo with amazing pool and lake view.

Are you looking for a place to go where all you need to pack is your clothes and bath toiletries? Book your vacation at the popular Kapilana Resort in Osage Beach at Lake of the Ozarks. Located at the one mile mark of the Grand Glaize arm of the lake. The Grand Glaize joins the main channel (Osage) at its 19 mile mark.

Our privately owned 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo is approximately 1330 square feet. The condo is quiet, cozy, relaxing and clean. The amazing view of the boats, lake and heated pool will beg you not to leave.

The master bedroom has an amazing view of the lake through the sliding glass doors, and offers 1 huge closet, queen bed with comfortable pillows and new mattress, dresser, new smart TV and ceiling fan.

The 2nd bedroom offers a new queen bed, comfortable pillows & mattress, plus ceiling fan.

Located close to boat rentals, the State Park, all the popular restaurants and bars, entertainment, shopping, golf and a lake favorite, Dog Days.

I first arrived at 1030 pm and I noticed two unpleasant things about the property right away. The condo was 58 degrees inside and smelled like an old persons house. The smell was strong like musky like a 90 year old couples house, hard to explain. I even smelled it through the night. Besides that, the 58 degrees was an issue because we were freezing. Didn’t get the heat to turn on till a couple hours later after midnight because the thermostat needed the heat programmed to work. How do I know? Well after reaching out to the condos emergency contact leaving texts and voicemails I had to reach out to local hvac companies to get some help. One company decided to help me free of charge over FaceTime and guided me through the process of programming it. That was a hassle and a half! I finally got a response text from emergency condo personnel at 1:30 saying “did you get the heat to work?” When it should have said I will get someone right out or even a more concerning phone call. Anyways, besides that the fridge didn’t have the handle connected it was off laying on the counter. Walking barefoot in kitchen felt unclean and a tad greasy. But other than all that it was decorated nice and the layout worked for us.

The unit is even nicer in person.The beach isn’t really much of a beach but there’s so many other options in the area that it doesn’t make a difference. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy and on time. The kitchen was fully stocked for our cooking needs for the weekend. We never the found the outside grill. Please have an exterminator spray for spiders on the balcony. It was not usable at night. Giant spiders everywhere. The pool was amazing. Make sure to bring swim shoes and the bottom of the pool and the lake are rough. Could use more lighting in the shower area. It is really dark.

This was a wonderful place to stay to enjoy the water and all that the Lake has to offer. Host was attentive to all our needs. We had a great weekend!

Fourth of July Weekend

The condo was very spacious and cute. Great outdoor amenities as well. Well equipped for those traveling with a baby. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Only issues was the floors were not cleaned well. Your feet would turn black after walking around barefoot.

Great Osage Beach location!

The property was as promised, cute and comfortable with thoughtful touches, like an umbrella and beach bag. The unit is so clean and fresh you wouldn't guess the owner allows (with permission!) a pet to lodge here! The place checks all our boxes and we'll definitely return.

A Dream Getaway at the Lake of the OzarksStaying at this unit was nothing short of a dream. Excellent place

Our family of 4 stayed here while in town for a baseball tournament. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit and included amenities. It was in a perfect location near the highway, stores and restaurants. The balcony overlooked the water and was steps away from the pool. The host, Erin, went above and beyond in communicating with us and was flexible with us and our crazy baseball schedule. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Came to visit my grandchildren and was looking for something near their home. Had a quick dinner for 6 when we first got there and checked out the play area-thumbs up from the 6, 4, & 2 year old. Clean and beautifully decorated. Used the extra bedroom for the older girls to each spend a night. Perfect! Easy in and out. Great communication with owner.

Fantastic condo with lake view

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic condo, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the location and lake view. The condo itself is clean, comfortable and a well-equipped. It felt like a home away from home. The spacious balcony provided the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the view. The location is also ideal, offering both quiet and convenience. Highly recommend!

Awesome Stay!!

This was one of the best VRBO stays we've ever had. The condo was very clean with excellent furnishings. They've thought of everything you'll need during your stay. Location is perfect! Close to great restaurants and shopping needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about this rental! Erin was also great to work with.

Our stay was great. Condo was right on the lake, nice pool area as well. Condo was extremely clean, plenty of room and spacious! Was able to bring our dog as well. Erin was responsive to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay there again.

Very comfortable and convenient

The condo is fantastic, with great attention to the things that make it comfortable, and it quickly felt like a home away from home. Makes it easier to just relax! The balcony overlooks the lake and the swimming area which we loved. We had everything we needed, checking in and out was easy, and we can't wait to stay again!

Great location, property, and host!

Erin is a wonderful host, and the condo is exactly as described! My family and I (husband, two middle school daughters, and our mini labradoodle) enjoyed the property very much. This was our first vrbo experience. We found everything to be clean, cute, and spacious. There are only a few steps (6, I believe) up to the door from the parking lot, so unpacking & packing were easy, as was taking the dog out. The kids didn’t use the pool (we have one at home), but they did swim in the lake and feed the ducks a few times right down the sidewalk from the condo. For a true beach experience, we went down the road to Public Beach #2, which satisfied my younger daughter's desire to build a sand castle. We definitely enjoyed the location and how easy it was to get to restaurants, shopping, jet ski/boat rentals, go carts, etc.. We were able to do everything we wanted dueing the week! Thank you, Erin, for letting us stay!

This condo had literally EVERYTHING you could want. We just kept saying, 'they really thought of everthing'. It was very large, and had all the conveniences of home, plus more. Very large kitchen that is fully stocked. The only drawback for me was it was a bit of a walk to the pool & dock, but I have problems walking, so it probably would be no problem for most people. There were alot of ants inside, but aside from that we had an absolutely lovely stay.

Fun friends weekend

I love Osage Beach and the wonderful businesses and opportunities available at the lake. One of my favorite parts of being a property manager is the number of Guests I get to meet.

I feel in love with Sandy Bottoms in the winter of 2021. I was working at my parents condos when my Husband who was in Kansas called me and told me to schedule an appointment to view the condo as it was for sale. I scheduled an appt for that evening. and we put in an offer 20 minutes later. We closed 30 days later.
I fell in love with the condo the minute I walked in the door; the huge open living room, large kitchen, amazing view from master bedroom and living room and the charm
