House includes game room with ping pong and pool table. All of the amenities in the kitchen to prepare all of your own food, or you could eat out at the many nearby restaurants. Plenty of space to sleep in the four bedrooms. Spacious backyard with pool, hot tub, plenty of grass, and gazebo. A lot of activities nearby to choose from: Legacy Sports Complex, Fat Cats, Schnepf Farms, golfing, hiking, rock climbing, shopping, and more!

Beautiful Home!

The home was even more beautiful than in the pictures. I was amazed at how much space there was both in the home and the backyard. I was able to entertain the family I was visiting because the home accommodated a small get together. The hot tub and pool were very clean.The communication was excellent. Everything was put together in a well organized binder with directions on how to utilize the hot tub and TVs and best restaurants near by. There were snacks and other amenities left just in case we forgot to pack something. The neighborhood was nice, safe, and the neighbors all seemed respectful. It was nice to have plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street for when my family came over.This house was everything and more than the description on this site. I highly recommend it especially for families.

Horse show vacation

The area is really pretty, community parks and farm land. The house was great, plenty of space and the pool and hot tub were great.

Very nice stay....spacious home with nice pool and hot tub in back yard. Beautiful neighborhood for walking.....The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions or concerns....We recommend this home for a nice stay!!

Disappointed

Hot tub , pool , grill were 3 main amenities we wanted. Pool wasn’t operating. The cleaning robot was left in the pool non operating . Hot tub had a huge moldy black ring , the gas tank to the grill was empty. The owner/ contact person said it was fill last weekend. Our white socks turned black from walking inside the house . No mop or cleaning supplies. We would have mopped the floors . I pulled the couch out to plug in the electric recliner couch . The dog hair behind the couch looked like a golden retriever lived there . We couldn’t find many towels so we used our beach towels . Couple days later found the towels in the dryer . . When we first arrived the key wasn’t where the instructions said it would be . So we stood outside waiting to hear back from someone. There was code that was never listed we had to enter into the key box . I won’t rent this home again.

Vacation trip

We had a great time, property is gorgeous, easy access to stores, shopping and restaurants. We all loved having our own space and poolside all weekend! Very recommended, great communication with owner, we will be back!

Queen Creek Horse show

We were very pleased with the property. We loved every minute of our stay. My husband and I LOVED the recliners. The dog run with doggy door is a fabulous idea. My dogs were already trained for that so it was super convenient!! The boys loved the pool and running thru the sprinklers. It was all good. Oh and the neighbors were friendly and the neighboorhood was nice and quiet

vrbo (home owner) cancelled our reservation

As I was driving to Phoenix to attend my Aunt's funeral, Vrbo tells me that my reservation had been cancelled. I ended up getting a hotel you for my daughter and my husband was not easy with such little time. This was my first time using Vrbo. I wasnt impressed.

Older property which needed updated

The instructions for the home were outdated and not clear. The hot tub did not function properly and things were not labeled as advertised in the instruction book. The A/C unit went out during one afternoon, but was fixed the same day. The shower leaked

Great Stay!

The house is exactly as described. Very comfortable for a large group that spent the weekend there. We arrived late and the host was extremely accommodating. She was quick to answer and help with any questions. I highly recommend this house when staying on the far east side of the Valley.
