Celadon is the last high rise condo on the west end of the beach where the beaches are less crowed and the traffic is lighter. 1 big bedroom with KING bed and private bath, queen sleeper sofa and bunkbeds sleeps 6 comfortably. Water views from living area and kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit.

Girls trip!

This place was very clean! Great view of ocean! Location is great and easy to go anywhere. I would definitely recommend going and booking with them! I plan to go again!

Very spacious and clean condo. You couldn’t ask for a better view . Booking and check in were very easy. Highly recommend for a couple of small families!

Great place

We had a great time at this location. Beach was beautiful, we get to see dolphins and turtles swimming from the balcony. Communication with Rich and Brenda was amazing.

Great Vacation

We had a great holiday in Panama City Beach. The weather was warmer than expected and Sunny everyday. The Condo was conveniently located and pool and Hot Tub was great.

Amazing view

We loved our stay at the Celadon! Everything was just as listed, very clean and stunning views on the 20th floor. The heated pool and hot tub were great. It’s located in a quiet end of PCB which we loved. We’d stay again for sure.

Great condo on the beach

Nice place on the beach. We loved the balcony view. In the mornings you can see the stingrays swimming along the shore. Condo nice and not outdated like some. The host is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions and or concerns. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Great little get away place

This property deserves its 5 star rating - very comfortable, clean, and a great view of the gulf. Wee thououghly enjlyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Keep Rich's number handy if there are any questions and he is quick to respond and even provide his insights on local food and attractions. Enjoy your stay.

Quick Family Getaway

Really enjoyed our long weekend at Celadon 2003! Condo had just the right amount of space for our family of 4. 20th floor view of Gulf is amazing!! We really liked the location on the beach. Parking was super easy & elevators are super fast & efficient. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future!!

AWESOME CONDO

This condo was just like it shows, clean and just the perfect view of the ocean, you get to see all sunsets and sunrises right from your condo, the pool water was nice and warm, plus a hot tub. It was perfect. We loved it and definitely recommend this condo. Definitely a 5 star.

Best vacay property to date!

The moment we walked through the door we knew we’d found our home for the week. Condo was immaculately clean and beyond comfortable, exceeding all our expectations. The owners were so kind and genuine. They reached out to us throughout our stay just to see if we needed anything, and to give us some great local spots to dine. We highly recommend this property and these owners! We will be back!

Beautiful Condo!

Absolutely recommend this condo! Beautiful space, kitchen had everything we needed as far as utensils, pots pans, small appliances. Nice refrigerator. Bedding and towels were nice. The beds were comfortable, the condo building was quiet with easy access to the beach! Great location on the beach, much less crowded than the main part of PCB but still close to everything. Our host were amazing keeping in communication with me without overdoing it. Really enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break at Celadon

We stayed at Rich and Brenda’s property over spring break and had a great trip. The condo is fantastic with a ton of space and the view is amazing from the 20th story balcony! The Celadon is on the west end of PCB and is a lot less busy than other areas. The heated pool and hot tub were a game changer for 3 year old who was able to enjoy the water when it was a little chilly outside. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great condo, Rich and Brenda!

Amazing!

This property is amazing! It was very clean. Location was wonderful. We've always stayed on the upper end where it's much busier, but this was much slower. It's still close to all the things. It's out of the major hustle and bustle of PCB. Perfect for families with small children. The view from the balcony is unbelievable. The owner is very communicative and sent us a list of some great places to eat. We are definitely looking to book here again in the future. I would highly recommend anyone with younger children looking for on the beach access to book here.

Quick Getaway

We were looking for a beachfront condo for a short trip to visit a family friend. We have two small children (6 & under) with allergies & asthma, so no smoking & no pets was a must! It is also hard at times to find a condo that doesn't have a 3 night minimum. I almost felt this place was "too good to be true" when I found it within our price range, as well. We were so excited when we walked in & it was exactly as we had hoped. SUPER CLEAN from top to bottom, & the whole process was truly a breeze with detailed information about anything we might need! We have already recommended to a few family members, & we will check this availability FIRST if we are ever back in the area.

Good property, needs different cleaners

We overall enjoyed our stay and proximity to the beach. We didn’t like how incredibly dirty it was. My children’s feet were black on the bottoms after running around barefoot for an hour. They stay much cleaner in our backyard barefoot. The top of the fridge had a thick layer of dust/dirt/grime which made me uncomfortable storing food up there. The bathmats hadn’t been washed or even shaken out. Anyway the lack of cleanliness was very disappointing to us, but could be remedied by finding a better cleaning crew. We appreciated some extras like dishwashing liquid and even washing machine detergent (although we didn’t use b/c we brought our own unscented). We chose this unit for it’s beachfront ocean views, proximity to beach, and reviews of cleanliness. We were very disappointed in the dirtiness but the other items were as expected. The owner was responsive when we needed to find out how to pay for parking and also sent us a list of restaurant recommendations- which we would add Mike’s Cafe and Oyster Bar to. Amazing grouper! And only a 1/2 mile walk or drive away. The pool code on our email was incorrect- thankfully someone had mercy on us and showed us the current code - apparently it changes monthly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the beach a few times. Parking garage was easy to access via the over-street tunnel walk on 2nd floor. Overall, good place, particularly if they get better cleaners for future guests.
