Everything's on one level — three bedrooms, two full baths, no stairs once you're inside. The king bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower; there's a queen room, a room with two twins for kids or extra guests, and a second full bath off the hall.

The living room has a plush sectional and a smart TV for your streaming logins. The kitchen's set up to actually cook in — full-size range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, drip and single-serve coffee. Washer and dryer are downstairs in the basement, and fast 150+ Mbps fiber wifi runs throughout if you need to work.

For the dogs: a fully fenced backyard to run in, plus a dog bed, bowls, a leash, and waste bags already here. Front porch has four rocking chairs and the driveway holds 3–4 cars. You'll have the whole home and yard to yourselves.

The neighborhood is a quiet older one, two blocks off State Street. Short drive (the walk's doable but hilly) to downtown Bristol's restaurants, the Birthplace of Country Music, and the Hard Rock Casino — about 5 minutes. Bristol Motor Speedway is 15; the Pinnacle and Bristol Regional Medical Center about 10. Steele Creek Park — 2,000+ acres of trails and a lake — is right around the corner, a favorite with our dog guests. Easy run to I-81 when you head out.

Good to know: a few steps up at the front and back doors; it's an older home with character, so floors creak and a couple of original doors stick. There's a steel floor grate (air return) in the living area — safe to walk on, just a heads-up with little kids or pets. No ice maker, and the washer/dryer are in the basement. Self check-in with a smart lock. Pets welcome — just clean up after them in the yard.
