Located just minutes from the beautiful Surfside Beach, this delightful home is perfect for making lasting memories with family and friends. Enjoy the privacy and additional space of the ground-floor living quarters, perfect for peace and quiet or poolside gatherings! Take a dip in the private pool that can be heated for an additional charge, relish in the fresh ocean breeze on any of the four outdoor patio spaces and find delight in your company by the firepit. Socialize in the large living room, with comfortable seating arrangements and flat-screen television. Staying at Just Beachy feels like a home away from home, considering that all amenities for daily living are included. This stunning home welcomes you with all the amenities and a prime location.

And remember, no trip is complete unless you savor some delicious meals. Surfside Beach has plenty of food options where you can enjoy local seafood or, if you choose, stir up a homemade meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was great, great location, great pool. We rented a golf cart and was able to ride around the area and get to the beach in less than a minute, walking to the beach was only five-minutes. Any issues were answered very quickly, the blender was broken, and they brought one over within the hour. I would definitely stay again and would recommend for anyone with a family.

Great location and we were very pleased with the layout of the house. Everything was clean when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to both the beach and shops and restaurants.

Great stay

Overall the place is very nice. The pool is great and it’s a short walk to the beach. The upstairs gets very hot. I don’t think the AC can keep up with the heat upstairs. If not for this it would have 5 stars.

On the positive side, we had a few maintenance issues (AC was out) that were addressed super quickly, especially on a Saturday. That being said, the stove only had one eye that worked and popped/sparked when cut on. It is not clear in the description that the murphy bed/second living area are downstairs with no access from inside or the main living space. We paid the extra money to heat the pool but it did not feel warm. There was not enough toilet paper for bathrooms on day one. The upstairs rooms are tight with one AC vent, no table between beds, outlets that are blocked by beds and the outlets you can reach barely hold a phone charger (they fall out).

Overall pretty good, away from everything but close to things to do. Little disappointed that it wasnt closer to the beach. Those w big families will need to drive to the beach or rent a golf cart

But never said with that property manager again false information online he did pull never never said you have to pay an extra 300 go kart was in the picture never was there at all betting was not clean need to see if you are and sanitize

Some of the bathrooms were also without toilet paper.

It was just okay

The linens in one of the rooms had not been cleaned. There was body hair on the sheets and pillow case. One of the countertops by the stove had been previously damaged and poorly repaired. Several other items or parts of the home had been damaged and not repaired. With how high the cleaning and other fees were I expected it to be more well kept.
