This is a great pet-friendly property. Everything was as described and very clean. The beach was a short walk from the property. We could walk on the beach multiple times a day. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Honestly slightly disappointed due to the cleanliness of the entire condo. I made sure to leave place as I rent it. But they did not put consideration of us as renters with the price point t too high for the property. However great location and I can tell that with the updates or when it was first used it was a fantastic place. I would not recommend due to cleanliness.

Great Stay!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the outdoor balcony. The condo is in a great location and steps from the beach. We enjoyed our time and this was the nicest pet friendly condo we have stayed in at Myrtle Beach!

Great Place to Stay

This was a perfect location. We really liked the first floor location. The condo was well furnished and up to date. It's right next to a wildlife reserve so it's quiet and the beach has a lot of space.

Beautiful decorations inside and out on the deck patio. Very stocked with kitchen utensils. Lovely home away from home!

Place was all we could have asked for! Clean and comfortable. The complex is clean and neighborhood safe. Beautiful beach, walked for miles.

Lovely Vacation

Spacious quiet end unit. Location perfect to take our dog out without needing the elevator. Clean kitchen and appliances. We already booked the same unit for next year.

Not presented as advertised

Unclean upon arrival, very musty smell from poor HVAC performance, could barely access porches due to sliders not able to open freely, poor lighting in living area, no overhead lighting in kitchen and over range surface, furniture coverings did not fit properly, old coffee in coffee pot, actually a very off-putting first impression. Owner did refund the cleaning fee as I had to clean it before I could stay. Also included money for a dinner out. They welcomed ideas for upgrades, but it did not improve our experience overall.

Perfect long weekend

Great place to stay! The space was clean and comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and pool. Family met us there to spend the day and were so impressed with the condo and the location, they wanted all the info! I will do it again!

Fantastic stay

We got to the unit and received instruction on entering from Cristina. The house is extremely comfortable and perfectly suited for our needs. This will be our Myrtle Beach VRBO from now on.

Great location close to shopping and on the beach.

We were here off season so very quiet. We were out most of the time looking at communities to purchase a new home. It was perfect and what we needed. Cristina the owner was great to work with and was very helpful.

Gal's Trip

This was a first for my family!! My Mom, her sister, my cousin, and I traveled from Michigan, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia to spend some quality time together at the Beach! The condo had plenty of room for all of us!! We loved having the outside patio area. The condo was in close walking distance to the pool and the beach. We were so thankful for the in-house washer and dryer and access to 2 coffee makers!! Half of us drink regular and the others, decaf, so this was a special perk!! My Mom and Aunt had some mobility issues, so it was wonderful that they could park in the covered garage and take the elevator up one flight. Great trip!!!

Great location and property

The property was very nice and easy to access with a code provided. The Outdoor space was very nice with a partial ocean view. There were 2 lounge chairs out there as well as a table and 4 chairs. One bedroom had a twin bed with a double/twin bunk, TV, the other bedroom had a king bed. 2 couches in the living space, dining table for 6, very nice full kitchen. There were some games, puzzles and beach items we did not use. There were 3 TVs in total, smart TVs. The property was chean, all linens provided, toiletries in the showers. Kitchen was well stocked, though we didn't really use more than the fridge for our stay. Supplies were provided for dishwashing, dishwasher and we noticed a washer dryer combo, couple if washing pods. We did not need to use the washer either., short weekend trip to visit family staying in the area. Property is close to restaurants, grocery, Walmart and Tanger outlets. The beach and pool were easy to access. We were here with 3 grandchildren, 9-17. They had no complaints!

Big Disappointment

Upon arrival, it took over 20 minutes to get in due to a defective keypad that wouldn't work; then supposed to use the key that was in lock-box that wouldn't open. I always check the beds first to find the firmest one for my health. The king bed was full of sand and hair. The twin bed also had hair in it. Had to call in housekeeping to change the sheets. Unfortunately, none of the beds were firm. While waiting for her, we noticed a lot of dead and some alive bugs on the living room and entry walls. The washer/dryer was a big selling point to us. First use of the dryer, there was a massive amount of dog hair and trash in the vent. We actually had to clean it out every single time because it would keep coming out from former occupant. Had to rewash everything when we got home. This unit listed as ocean-view required literally hanging over balcony and squinting to see ocean. Lighting in bedrooms and living room was terrible. On top of that, a light base disintegrated and fell over leaving us without sufficient light. The unit pictures were a great selling point, but unfortunately the live-ability was a huge letdown.
