Great family stay! The beach, the home, the extras, all very good. Will stay again. We landed at IAH and drove down. The trip was easy and the car ferry wasn't bad at all. The beach was lovely and all the extra beach toys provided entertainment for hours. Family of 10 with ages 2 to 55. The kitchen is one of the most well stocked kitchens of any rental we've ever stayed at. Big thanks for the use of the Traeger too! We had brisket... it was excellent! Hot tub was a great touch too.

Peaceful and kid friendly!

Lovely place, kitchen well stocked, and lots of things that kids like to do (basketball, cornhole, jacuzzi, hammocks).

Wallace Vacation 2025

Vacation was great, overall the property needed a lot of attention. There was 9 of us & only 3 toilet paper rolls were provided, 2 rolls of paper towels, 6 dishwashing pods, the dryer broke on our second to last day we were there. The beam needed repainted & patched by the bar. Top bunkbed was broken, a kitchen chair was in the corner broken. Sugar ants where everywhere through out the house. You couldn't leave anything out on the counter without ants being all over or in it. Lastly the house smelled so bad of marijuana upon arrival. Cleaning people need to do better. There wasn't any cleaning supplies to clean counters off or table after cooking/eating. Towels were in the dryer & not put away/folded upon arrival either. The chlorine in the hot tub was way to much & over powerful. Couldn't use the bubbles because it was so strong. We were there 4 nights & 5 days. I will say the amount of pots, pans & other stuff in the house was great to use! Had about any & every utensil you would think of. One of the ceiling fans in the room didn't work & the AC kept giving some type of notification.

Can’t wait to come back!

This was a vacation for my husband and I, and our children. My brother and his family, as well as our dad came and it was our first familyVacation! It had plenty of room for us, the hot tub is an amazing touch, the grill was amazing grill on and we had an awesome meal on that grill! And the house is soooo close to the beach! We will definitely return!

Summer vacation

Great time and all amenities were great even tho didn’t get to enjoy hot tub as much as we wanted but still a great stay and rt down the street from beach overall definitely would stay here again and manager of property was so nice and helpful

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean. Had one very minor issue with the lock when we first got there, but the host had it fixed within 10 minutes! Will definitely add this property to our favorites for Bolivar Penninsula!

I have stayed in many condos and this one is one of the best. The only issue we had was the mosquitos were bad because of all the rain No fault of the property owners.

La casa tiene una buena ubicación para llegar ala playa a 1 calle, la casa esta super limpia, al llegar sientes q estas en tu propia casa, todo tiene y la volveria a rentar, solo que si nos gustaria q nos dejaran entrar mas temprano de hai todo perfecto.

Nice and spacious house

The host was excellent. The property was clean and inside the house you can find everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. Although I would recommend that the property have something to help against mosquitoes because unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the jacuzzi, I understand that in this season there is a lot but some extra help would not hurt.

Amazing First Stay

This place was perfect. Beach house was amazingly clean and everything was so fresh and inviting. From the moment we walked inside and looked around I was super impressed. Plenty of cook ware, a great assortment of utensils (especially the ones I forgot! Like the cheese grater 😮). It was only a short walk to the beach and a 3 minute drive to the new Fins Bar and Grill. The owner was excellent when it came to communication, always within a few minutes. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, and more. It felt like home when I saw the spices and daily pantry items for us to use. I didn’t bring any foil or wrap and I only remembered that when I saw they had plenty! Plenty of room for board games with friends and very comfortable seating in the living area. Husband enjoyed the new hot tub and it was already warming when we got there. Brought my two pets and they absolutely loved the space outside for frisbee and running around. Liked it so much that I actually booked two extra days for myself and my 19 year old after everyone else left. Total of 8 great nights. Will definitely rent this place again. Overall a great getaway.

New Years

We had an amazing time at this house bringing in the New Year. There was plenty of space and the home was clean. It had all your essentials and was just a short walk to the beach

Hey! Dustin here... Carrol and I are thrilled to be opening our Crystal Beach home to guests. I am originally from Minnesota and currently live in Colorado - and we both have a great love for all things outdoors! If we are not hiking, fishing, or gardening - we are surely visiting our home-away-from-home in Texas, soaking up some glorious beach time.

The thing we enjoy most about hosting is sharing a wonderful beach location with others and all the great interactions we have with guest. Nothing makes us more happy to than hear guests say they love the house and had a great vacation. Only good vibes!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Great beach acccess via Boyt Rd in a quite family friendly neighbor. The location is considered the quite part of the beach is great if you want to stay away from the crowds but is close to all the near by amenties. Just a quick 10 min drive from the from the Galveston Ferry.

3 Minute walk to the beach says it all! Very open and spacious house that feels comfortable for group vacations. We love to bring family and friends to stay with us.
