To keep everything above board and ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we`ve got a few quick steps for you to breeze through:

-Verify Yourself: You might be asked to show us your official ID – don’t worry, it’s just to make sure you’re you!
-Must be 25 years or older to rent our home!
-Confirm Contact Info: Double-checking your digits so we can reach you easily if needed.
-Credit Card Confirmation: We’ll need a valid credit card that matches your ID we hold a refundable $50 security deposit. It’s just a formality!
-Security Screening: Hop through our verification portal – think of it as your VIP pass to a fantastic stay.

Rest assured, your info is as safe as houses with us! We won’t be selling, sharing, or handing it off to anyone else.

Once you’re all set and verified, we’ll shoot over your check-in instructions faster than you can say “vacation time!”

1. If you are a local resident, please contact the hosts before booking. Minimum age to rent is 25
2. Guests must acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm
3. No parties or events allowed
4. The home has many small decor items and antiques, please make sure your group uses caution as to not break anything. Any damage we will bill accordingly.
5. No canopies allowed on upstairs deck
6. No pets are allowed. If one is on property you forfeit your right to any deposit and will be forced to check out early with no refund.
7. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
8. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental or on decks/covered driveway. Guests must acknowledge that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
9. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
10. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them.
11. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur, and it will be released after you check out.
12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check- in (it will be provided before check-in).
13. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
14. For your security and protection, the property is equipped with exterior cameras.
15. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $30 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.
16. If, by not following any of our rules, we are forced to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs.
17. Guests that rent the golf cart are to sign a separate agreement and provide drivers license and car liability insurance.

18. The electric lift & elevator on side of deck purposely have the power deactivated and are disabled for use to protect out guests. Please do not attempt to use the lift or allow any children on lift.
19. Cancellation Fee Notice: If you cancel during a period that qualifies for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. If your reservation is outside the full-refund window, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
