Welcome to 207 Scarborough Ave in downtown Rehoboth Beach—a charming, traditional Cape Cod offering five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a convenient powder room. This delightful single-family home features two levels of comfortable living space, abundant character, and an inviting three-season enclosed front porch where you can relax and watch the world go by. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room, an eat-in kitchen that is fully stocked for the home chef, and three ground-level bedrooms. The home is pet-friendly as well—bring along your furry companions, as up to two dogs are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. The upper level includes two additional bedrooms as well as extra sleeping space in the sitting area at the top of the stairs. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV for streaming, and both the porch and living room also feature TVs for added convenience.
Ideally located just three blocks from the boardwalk and beach and only 1.5 blocks from Rehoboth Avenue, this home allows you to park the car and enjoy walking everywhere in town. A private driveway provides parking for approximately two vehicles.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, central A/C, full laundry facilities, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Guests should note that linens are not supplied, though a rental package is available for this property. The home rents Saturday to Saturday, and the fireplace is not available for guest use. With its unbeatable location and welcoming atmosphere, this property is the perfect setting for a memorable family vacation.

Near shopping and beach. Suited needs for family members with limited mobility, downstair bedrooms, baths, and entries with sturdy hand rails and only a few steps. Open bright spaces that we enjoyed. Only complaint is that twin beds downstairs need thin mattresses replaced.

Great location and spacious

House was in a great location within walking distance to the main area for restaurants and shopping and was very clean and spacious. The biggest complaint we have is that we had to bring our own sheets and towels and there was very little toilet paper left for us with no spare rolls. We had to request an emergency TP run from a family member across the street. This is the first ever booking we've ever had where we had to provide our own sheets, towels, toilet paper and paper towels although this seems to be the norm in Rehoboth Beach. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Excellent Stay

Very clean, great location. It was myself, 2 adult daughters, and the dog. Perfect for walking everywhere. House was large and very clean, and I am a neat freak. Neighborhood is beautiful. Definitely will book this property again.

Lovely long weekend stay

We rented for a Thanksgiving getaway. It was a good house for us. Kitchen was decently stocked with dishes, utensils, and such. Beds were comfortable. A good home in a nice neighborhood.

A great location!

This home is located just a half block from all the action on Rehoboth Ave. I wondered why the other bedrooms were not pictured. It is because the 4 twin beds downstairs barely qualify for children. They are very old, low, and dangerous with headboards not attached. The living room, kitchen and porch were all comfortable but it would be best to be honest about the rest. Overall, property is beach shabby but doable if you can handle those twins.

Great Location

The property was very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and plenty of shower/bathroom space. It was also very convenient to downtown Rehoboth and a nice park and school playground for our three year old grandchild. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach so would recommend a drop-off if carrying lots of beach equipment. I'm not a fan of carpeting and there was carpeting throughout the house except for kitchen and bathrooms. And it is only cleaned the beginning of season (per realtor). We stayed end of season. I think porch windows are also only cleaned once per season and they were quite dirty. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay but for beach prices I think more care could be taken for above issues.

Great Location!

Spacious home that comfortably provided all with their own space (including our fur baby!), yet the sun room was a great space for us all to come together! A short 10min walk to Rehoboth beach & 5 min walk to all the shops/arcade etc. Loved the neighborhood, lots of dog walkers! Master shower was huge😊 Thanks for a wonderful stay!
