Villa in Rotonda West with huge screened lanai and canal view

The damages to the villa by Hurricane IAN are more severe than originally thought. Due to the widespread destruction along SW FL I'm sure the lead times to make the repairs will be long. For that reason I'm taking the villa off the market until 2024' . I'm sorry , but if you have reservations please cancel them.

BEACHES BEACHES!!!! Only 15 mins away to the closest gorgeous beach.

GOLF GOLF!!!! There are 5 courses in the Rotonda Golf and Counrty Club totaling 99 holes.

Among being in the center to travel to several towns in no time at all. To adventure into the downtown shopping and entertainment and fine dining near the beaches, of Sarasota, Venice, Boca Grand, Englewood, Port charlotte , Punta Gorda, and Rotonda West , Florida.

Each bedroom and the living room have there own flat screen 65 inch and 43 inch television sets with smart tv access to Netflix and YouTube and free tv channels to many apps .

There also is a large Comcast tv package that is hooked up for additional channels.

With Comcast there is Free Wifi 1.2 Gbps provided

The lawn care is also taken care of and maintained beautifully.

Although you can stay as little as three nights. During the months January through the end of March I am looking for minimum one month stays.

The property works for pets.

There is no refund on cancelations.
