This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom light filled open floor split plan home ensures you'll always have privacy! It boasts a Southeast-facing screened lanai with heated pool.


The master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, closet, 42” smart HD TV and offers private access to the lanai and pool area through sliding glass doors. The en-suite has a double vanity, hairdryer, toilet and a jetted soaking tub and separate Roman shower.


The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen-size bed and 32” HD TV for DVD’s only


The 3rd bedroom has 1 king bed and NO TV


The large open concept living area has 1 sofa and 3 chairs that seats 6, a 55” smart HD TV , a formal dining area that seats 6 and a breakfast nook that seats 4. You can extend your living space out via the sliding glass doors to the large, screened lanai and pool area; soon to be your favorite room!


Enjoy relaxing and sunbathing on one of 4 lounge chairs next to your 24 x 12 foot sparkling private heated pool while you enjoy the beauty of Rotonda's waterways. Also located on the lanai are a BBQ grill and a dining set with seating for 6, there is NO TV. A great area to enjoy peace and privacy after spending the day at the beach, boating, or a nearby golf course.


Have your breakfast and morning coffee from the filtered coffemaker on the lanai as you plan your day! The kitchen opens to the living area and features solid counter tops with a breakfast bar and 2 stools, ample cabinets and pantry, dishwasher, microwave, range, and everything else you need for preparing, cooking, and serving your vacation meals. making this the perfect space for cooking and entertaining.

Other features of this home include full heating and cooling forced air HVAC, ceiling fans, high speed wireless internet. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer, iron and iron board and an attached Garage with 2 bikes and various beach stuff as well as room for 2 cars.


We have a ring door camera which will be off when you are at the house.

11 – 14 miles drive to the 10+ beaches, all the beaches border the Gulf of Mexico, where soft sea breezes keep the temperatures at a comfortable level, The closest supermarket is a 5 minutes’ drive. Other supermarkets and restaurants are less than 20 minutes away.


Our closest airports are, Punta Gorda (PGD) – 30 miles, Sarasota (SRQ)- 50 Miles, Ft. Myers (RSW)- 65 Miles, Tampa (TPA) - 99 Miles, Orlando (MCO) - 165 Miles, Miami (MIA) - 203 Miles.


Hopefully you will not need any medical services during your stay, but if you do, we have a walk in clinic within 7 miles’ drive and the Englewood Community Hospital is only 10 miles’ drive away.


The area enjoys a location that is both secluded and tranquil. You can discover the "Real Florida" There are wildlife reserves where you can walk or bike, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats and Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the canals and lakes.


For cyclists and joggers there is the "Rail/trail" a disused rail line to Boca Grande that runs adjacent to Rotonda.
