A second-floor condominium with elevator access from the parking garage with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, perfect for a family getaway!

This condo features a large, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table for family mealtimes.
A comfy living room leads to a private balcony overlooking the maritime forest on the banks of the Jekyll River, where you can listen to the birds and see the local wildlife.

A king bed crowns the primary suite, along with a fabulous primary bathroom that has a large walk-in shower and a separate tub.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and a private bath. There are 2 twin beds in the third bedroom that shares a hall bath.

Moorings #12 features cable TV, WiFi, and a washer/dryer. This family-friendly condo also has a pack-n-play, a travel highchair, beach toys, and an umbrella.

For those who prefer lounging by the pool, The Moorings has a saltwater pool that is heated in winter and cooled in summer! At the pool, you'll find a cabana with a refrigerator, icemaker, running water, and restrooms. There are also 4 charcoal grills located around the pool deck.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

Guests have access to the community pool and 4 grill areas.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file, AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
