Spend your day exploring everything St. Simons has to offer and evenings relaxing in this lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that sleeps five. This unit was recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl flooring, and walk in shower. In addition to the king size Broyhill bedroom suite, there are two sleeper sofas in the living room.
The well equipped kitchen features high end finishes, cherry cabinets, and granite counter top. Full size washer/dryer in unit. Watch your favorite programs on the 50” flat screen tv with HD channels in the living room, or the 32” flat screen wall mounted tv in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi in unit plus hot spots at both pools and in the clubhouse.

This unit is located in the second level and has a covered balcony.
Rooms are a perfect size, the main living area is open and gets great sunlight! Stunning view of the pool and nice outdoor furniture to enjoy the breeze.
The property has something fun for the whole family. Fishing allowed in the stocked lake, tree swings, playground, tennis, basketball, pickleball.
Contactless check in with the condo key in the lockbox on the door.

Awesome neighborhood with a short walk to Mallery Park playground, restaurants, the lighthouse, shopping, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, baseball fields, and a dog park.

St. Simons Island is bicycle friendly. Sidewalks make it possible to get around most of the island.
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running/playing on stairs.
Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the air conditionIng thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
This unit is pet friendly with a $50 fee. Pets should be on a leash at all times when outdoors. Please clean up after your pet.
For the safety of everyone on the property, please observe the posted speed limit of 10 mph.

Great stay

Very nice condo, located just blocks from pier and short distance to everything on island. Unit overlooks the pool.St Simons has nice bike trails to take you whereever you want to go. Will definitely return to this ccondo.

Good Location

Needs a little TLC, the tv in bedroom did not work and there were no paper towels but we made due. The location was great and the heated pool beautiful.

Relaxing vacation

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was simple and we even got to check in a little early. The beaches were beautiful and we enjoyed walking around the village. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and great location

This was just what we needed for a long weekend stay. 3 people and our dog. It could use a little more cleaning and updating but it really was fine for what we needed. It was a very quiet condo neighborhood, and very reasonably priced. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect location!!

This was a last minute trip with my 2 girls and 2 dogs! Everything was perfect! The location, the place, the pool, the dog parks, the beach!! We will definitely be back!!

Would love to stay here again

Clean condo, as well as the complex. Comfortable and minutes away from beaches and shops- under 5 minutes by car. This unit is right by the pool, but noise was not an issue. Loved St Simon’s Island and this condo definitely helped!

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids. The rental was in the perfect location with a beautiful view of the pool. It had everything we needed, and the property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. We will be back!

Ocean Walk Great Location

It was easy to walk up the street to the village restaurants and shops, as well as a dog park for our pup to enjoy. Loved the pier and the lighthouse. We drove the short distance of a few blocks to the beautiful beach with free parking at access, and in winter months dogs are allowed on the beach. This condo was just right for us and our canine companion.

Island paradise

Myself and my husband stayed in this condo with our fur babies. Communication was great from the time we booked until we checked out . We had one small hiccup during our stay and Theresa took care of it promptly. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again SSI is a nice place to take a vacation and wind down ! Look forward to visiting again !

Very clean unit, better than expected Great communication with property owner / management The only negative , bedding sheets did not fit, the flat sheet was for a full and the bed was a king One of the bar stools needs to fixed. , very wobbly not safe Overall GREAt unit it and would recommend unit C2

Best location on Island

Super great location to pickleball courts and shoppes. Lots of healthful walking. Unit was clean and quiet. The bed sheets and towels could have used updating. Fitted sheet kept slipping off bed. I would stay again.
